"Nice place! Clean, bright enough, but still with atmosphere. First time there, drawn by the Friday fish fry (all you can eat). Great value and some of the best fish we've had! Light batter complements the Icelandic cod (and not oily/greasy at all). Hand cut fries had great seasoning, soups were flavorful (wife had beer cheese, I had clam chowder). We will be returning to select from the regular menu it had a lot of interesting options."

Had a stuffed burger: excellent flavor and execution. It said it was 1/2 pound but I question that—I easily ate the whole thing. We shared the “keg” homemade bacon cheddar tater tots: amazing. The drinks seem a little spendy for a country bar but overall good value. Definitely worth the trip from the Cities

Visited our regular Thursday night spot for two additional days this week. Had the fish fry on Friday and the the weekend special on Saturday. Chef D never fails to deliver! The Lent menu is phenomenal. And the staff is the best in the business. From the kitchen staff, to the servers, to the host, and at the bar, we always feel welcome and well taken care of. Kudos to the entire staff, including the owners. WE LOVE THIS BAR!
