"I left Dan's place and was dissatisfied with the meal and sent it back. My wife was dissatisfied with her, but didn't want to complain. My bartender had to go back three times to check a basic order. I tipped my bartender 20% because I couldn't keep them responsible for the poor quality of food, burned and heated again and boiled over. The Clam Chowder had no shells and was all potatoes in a thin broth that was unacceptable for a white chowder. I was with Dan and the food was never better than average and on the higher side. This food was unacceptable, along with the time it needed to get it..."

"I’ve never been to this location, never expected it to be apart of a golf course. But the restaurant was still nice as expected. The interior was very well decorated. They had a nice bar, and lots of classy decor. The staff were very attentive. Drinks took a little while but it was busy, food and apps came out in a reasonable manner. We tried everything. We had the Calamari, meatballs, lamb lollipops, and their white clam chowder to start. Everything was fantastic. The entrees were even better. I had the short rib , and for all the apps we had, and how heavy the meal was, I couldn’t leave any to take home. Everything was delicious. We look forward to our next visit."

"I placed a last-minute order for 9 pizzas to serve 25 unexpected guests for lunch, and I can’t express how pleased I am with the outcome! I arrived at Natale's earlier than expected, thinking it would take 50 minutes as Scott had mentioned. In reality, it took the full 50 minutes because each pizza is made from scratch—not just pre-assembled and waiting around for the oven. The staff worked diligently on each one throughout the cooking process, pulling them out of a regular oven one by one. The smell was absolutely incredible, and the pizzas felt substantial and satisfying in the box! My guests, who were visiting from out of state and had never tasted pizza like this before, were thrilled. Huge thanks to Scott and his amazing team at Natale's for stepping up and creating these delicious masterpieces for me. I can't wait to visit again soon!"

"Upon trying the pizzas, I was disappointed. The crust was undercooked and doughy, lacking any crunch. The sauce was bland, and the cheese was paper-thin. Although the pepperoni was decent, overall, the pizzas were subpar. In my opinion, they were better than school cafeteria pizza or frozen Ellios pizza, but that's not saying much. On top of the disappointing food, I later realized that I was charged $26 instead of $24.69. Additionally, I found out that the restaurant had received 16 health violations just this year, including incidents where food had to be thrown away due to improper handling. Overall, I would rate my experience at Pizza Heaven a 6 out of 10. The pizzas had potential, but they fell short in execution. I would not recommend this place for a satisfying pizza experience."

"I always loved Newport Creamery , never a bad experience. I 've always had pleasant waitresses until I had the rather tall and large waitress serve my grandson and I for breakfast. She was very unpleasant to us. My grandson who 's five is a charmer and even his smiles didn 't help with her sour face. He asked for the Cookie Monster cookie to be put on the side rather than on top of the ice cream. He was taking the cookie home for his brother. That waitress said in a stern face she didn 't know if she could do that. She makes the kiddie Cookie Monster sundae, of course she could do it. My coffee was very old and I asked for a fresh cup when I finally got her attention) that next cup of coffee was old as well. very unpleasant waitress. My friend goes in for breakfast and once he told her in a kind way to smile and she was offended like he asked a horrible question. How is this woman working with customers I have no idea. We call her The Bi/ hy one whenever we mention NPC in conversation . Ive always had a good experience with the two women who has worked there for a long time, one is Maryanne the other one is an older woman. They both are very pleasant and professional."
