"The kid who was our server was obviously new, but trying his best. I don't blame him for the delays or poor service as there were 2-3 other wait staff sitting and talking nearly the entire hour we were there. Piña colalda had no alcohol and I was told it was in the mixer they use. Mixer for a $10 drink in a restaurant with a full bar. My wife said her margarita wasn't all that either. You're a restaurant known for Mexican cuisine and you use mixers without added alcohol? The meat in my wife's burrito was burnt. The ceviche didn't have cilantro because they ran out. I never received the beans for my order. The bathroom door had a broken handle, missing the door stop trim, and the toilet seat was barely hanging on. BTW, if you go in there. Don't look up. The fastest service we received was the check and getting the card ran. This was my first visit in the 13yrs we have lived here. I was told years ago how gross the kitchen was and to never eat here. Well, I never saw the kitchen, but if I'm going to drop $100 on dinner for two in the future, you can bet it won't be here. There wasn't even a manager to complain to. Honestly, Taco Johns has better food and service than I had here tonight. And since I've heard that you also own Peppers, let me add that the last two visits there haven't turned out well either. The staff can't take an order correctly and ring up the totals wrong every time. You have lost my business."
