"I had a fantastic first visit while in town from North Idaho. The beer selection on tap was intriguing, and there were plenty of menu options, including sandwiches, pizza, and daily specials. I ordered the Moroccan sliders (a special of the day), while my dad chose the Cuban sandwich, and both dishes were delicious. My dad even noted that the french fries were tasty enough to enjoy on their own—no ketchup or ranch needed! The service was incredibly friendly, and the location was easy to find. We will definitely return to try the pizza!"

"Thank you, Kathy and Charlie! The food I ordered for my trip was excellent. Last night, May 29, 2022, the restaurant wasn't very busy, but Kathy was the only waitress on duty. She even lent me a steak knife to take home for the next day. Our dinners were delicious! I had the petite steak and baked potato, along with the salad bar, which had plenty of safe options. My friend enjoyed the roasted chicken with a baked potato and salad bar, and it was also delicious and generously portioned. The following day, on Memorial Day, I called ahead to place our breakfast order. Wow, there was a table just waiting for us! For breakfast, I had a large portion of hash browns, ham, two slightly overcooked eggs, toast, and two orange juices. Everything was excellent! Thank you to the chefs and all the staff involved. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Why anybody would eat franchise food over Burger Express is a total mystery. Awesome and diverse menu, unreal ice cream and fantastic value. Plus the crew working there have always been great people. We came down from Canada to camp at koocanusa every year and BE was an absolute automatic on any trip into Libby for supplies. Especially on taco Tuesday! Special place, for sure. Vegetarian options: Wife's veg and plenty of good options Kid-friendliness: Great for kids."

"Good food. Fun atmosphere. The service was great. They have dining, gambling, and a bar, so it works great for family gatherings cus there's a little bit of everything. Plus, there's a hotel next door and a park where you can camp in case you have a few too many drinks.Kid-friendliness: They have a separate dining area away from the bar/casino, so you can bring the kiddos along and still have a good time.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the left is a wheelchair accessible ramp if that is needed."

"We experienced very poor customer service at this restaurant. Despite there being few customers, the young blonde hostess who greeted us clearly didn't want to be at work. She didn’t smile, say good morning, or even wait for us to catch up as she hurried to grab the menus. Instead, she walked through the staff area, dropped the menus on a table, and shouted at us that this was our table before exiting. We aren't elderly and tried to keep pace, but she didn't give us a moment. She also didn't offer us coffee, showing more interest in chatting with the cooks. After sitting down and waiting for five minutes with no service, my husband and I decided to leave. Another waitress was working, but she too didn’t smile. I cannot recommend this place, as the staff seems uninterested in providing good customer service. Word of mouth is important, and the young lady with long blonde hair definitely needs training in etiquette and customer interaction."
