"I visited this restaurant for the first time and learned that they will be moving next door soon, which will provide more space. The menu for both food and drinks was small but interesting. I always judge a restaurant by its wine list, and this one had reasonably priced options by the glass, including a L’Ecole Semillon and Inama Soave. Our server, Kira, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We tried the daily crudo selection, which was salmon that day, and it was delightfully fresh, flavorful, and creative. My dining companion raved about the Faroe Island salmon with cauliflower purée and truffle, calling it the best salmon dish she'd ever had. I had the Paccheri with veal bolognese, a dish rarely found elsewhere, and it exceeded my expectations. Although I was getting full, I couldn't stop eating until my plate was clean. We didn't have dessert this time, but we will next time as the options also sound interesting. Overall, a great restaurant experience."
