"We purchased donuts for our morning office meeting, and they were harder than rocks. When we called the store to let them know that the donuts were not fresh, we were told that their donuts are always fresh. At this point, it's not just about having paid for stale donuts; it's also about the lack of accountability and professionalism. It's simply unacceptable to argue with a customer over the phone instead of seeking to resolve the issue. We will definitely not be returning."

My wife's coffee was ice cold when it should have been served hot, and they mistakenly gave her the wrong muffin, which was also dry. My own order wasn't any better; my iced coffee was overly strong to the point of being undrinkable, and my donut, while flavorful, was dry as well.
