"This Dunkin' location was never my favorite, but it was convenient and got the job done. However, during my recent visit, I was met with incredibly rude service. The employee mocked me as I stuttered while placing my order, and when I called out the rudeness, he laughed in response. I didn't catch his name, but the disrespectful treatment I received makes me want to avoid this store in the future. It's disappointing to lose a customer over something as trivial as a stutter. Perhaps he felt empowered because it was a drive-thru interaction. This incident occurred on a Monday at 4:45 PM. Additionally, whenever I order for in-store pick-up, my items are never put out on the shelf, and I have to ask for them every time. It's frustrating to see my order just out of reach behind the counter when other establishments like Starbucks, Wawa, and Sheetz efficiently handle orders without customers needing to ask. Overall, the service was disappointing with a rating of 1."

The restaurant consistently leaves out items from the order, such as the Assorted 12 Donuts this time. It's frustrating, especially considering the name of the place is Dunkin Donuts. How can you forget the item you're known for?!?

The food I received was actually hot this time, unlike previous visits, which was a pleasant surprise. The Iced Latte was tasty, but I noticed that on the DoorDash app, there is a limit to how many pumps of swirls you can have in the drink. This made it slightly more bitter than usual and I couldn't taste the hazelnut or French vanilla flavors that I had added. Overall, it was still good, but a bit disappointing.
