"On my most recent visit, I had to wait in line for 10 minutes with only one other car ahead of me. Despite no other cars pulling out from being served, the lobby was locked with a handwritten sign stating they were "short-staffed". Once inside, I had to once again bring attention to my online order and then had to wait even longer for them to make it. I had even allowed for extra time from when I originally placed the order in hopes that they would have enough time to see it."

every time it is the same experience. something wrong with the coffee, simply pour the ingredients in and expect the customer to stir it before we drink it, coffee on the whole lid or the side or in this case both. the smallest amount of cold foam available, even if I got the same price for it at another place and got a little more than normal. that's the worst place, downstairs.

I just went there got a medium coffee gave her $100 bill the girl just looked at me and said OK thank you in wasn’t gonna give me any change then dig me change and gave me $90 on top of supposed to be getting a chocolate chip muffin and they gave me a cranberry definitely need to pay attention have no idea what’s wrong with the girl at the front but she cannot go in is obviously struggling to do a job if I can give you zero stars I would
