"I ordered an iced latte and it came out looking pretty much like a watered down version of espresso so I asked her politely if she could add more oat milk and it looked exactly the same What’s the big deal you ask well it was $6.10 for this disgusting latte lol.. I truly did not have the energy to go back-and-forth and to ask her to do it again because it clearly wasn’t working so I asked for a refund and then she told me I had to wait in a long line then I asked her for the receipt and of course she gave me someone else’s and a dollar less than I paid for as a refund lol one of the customers actually said to me on my way out that he’s sorry for the inconvenience and we both laughed together. I’m truly disappointed in the young lady who told me I should wait in line and then immediately changed her mind when I asked for the receipt because she knew that on the receipt she would be held accountable as her name is on the receipt as well funny how she gave me the wrong receipt to avoid accountability it’s just sad how some of these people think lol but what else do you expect I guess right"

Hope I have the right one, next to ION Bank. Good crew and good coffee. Nice parking lot also, but be careful backing out of spaces. I think sometimes they even let you eat outside. They also have a TV View menu

Absolutely horrible this place should be shut down by the health department. Paid $4 for a coffee that tasted like straight water, and the hashbrowns I got were bone cold, one was still frozen. Would give it zero stars if I could.
