"I am aware that my review will not matter. I also rarely leave reviews and I don't remember leaving negative ones! Having said that, I specifically picked this Dunkin because I was doing a larger online order. In the past they have been so quick and polite. I got there and they didn't even have my order started since they figured I didn't mean to order as much as I did. Well, I did and I ordered online so I wouldn't hold people up and gave 20 minutes to be sure I wouldn't. But that's not my issue, my issue is the woman tried blaming me for the problem. At first I said I understood the concern and was polite, respectful, and not at all rude, but I still wanted the order done asap. As it started getting busy, the crew got flustered understandably, but I should not have been accused of doing the wrong thing and not giving them ample time. I gave at least 20 minutes don't make your customers take the blame for something you decided. Take ownership for your choice to not make my order early enough and causing a backup."

It's a solid place to get food. Never had an issue here, which doesn't sound like praise, but in Keene it definitely is.

The employees were great but they are very short-staffed and that means things move slowly. The food and drink are good but not the place to go if you are in a hurry. Good luck to the dunks crew working here

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Terrible service, barely trained staff, it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee and they can't keep their orders in order. You're better off going to the gas station next door.

This Dunkin use to be the best one. Then they got rid of all of the good people. Now they really suck. Wait times are really long and now they are not even open when they are suppose to be.They really need to bring Karen and Trudy back. View menu

This restaurant appears to neglect its online customers. Every time I've ordered through DoorDash, my bagel arrives untoasted with only a lump of cream cheese in one corner. It feels like a scam, as they are unable to fulfill an order correctly under any circumstances.

The drinks and food are awesome! I love the staff but recently things have been slow, and online orders always get pushed aside. I shouldn't have to stand there awkwardly waiting for 5 minutes to catch a staff to ask for my online order that is finished andsitting in a corner of the counter.

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, with little urgency in getting orders out. It seems employees are more absorbed in texting than in their responsibilities. The staff lacks an effective system for working together. If you're hoping to grab a coffee in the morning before heading to work or school, I'd suggest looking for another place—waiting 35 minutes for just a donut and a coffee is not worth it. View menu

The service was extremely slow, so don't expect your orders to arrive quickly. I waited 10 minutes just for a small black coffee. Since I didn't have time to wait for a refund, I told them to give it to the next customer instead, but I was met with attitude. I tried to turn a frustrating experience into a positive gesture, yet they responded poorly, and I'm not even sure they ended up giving my coffee to someone else.

Among all the Dunkin' locations in Keene, this one is by far the worst. Every order I've placed, whether in person or through DoorDash, has had some kind of issue. The coffees are often not made correctly, and items are frequently missing from my order, even though DoorDash gets blamed—it's not their fault since they're not the ones preparing the orders. Additionally, the service is slow and inconsistent, even when the place isn't busy.

"A true family run local business that changes the whole game of pizza. It is truly an artisanal craft and All that is used is the freshest ingredients I've ever tasted and experienced in a food joint. You can get take and bakes or brick oven I would personally recommend the take bakes because you can cook the pizza to your liking. Overall l would say it is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.. The staff who works there have to be some of the most warm and welcoming folks I've come across in Keene. I love it there because their policy revolves around the guest or customer receiving what they ordered in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality. I could go on for hours about why this is the best pizza place in the area, but I'll save my breath and just emphasize how much it's worth giving Little Zoe's Pizza a shot. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of fresh veggies like mushrooms, artichokes, spinach, arugula, onions, etc sorry then basil plants in the courtyard that are utilized for our signature pizzas such as the Mia which is almost like a margarita pizza with artichoke hearts. So you can always build your own pizza based off your dietary preferences. There are a lot of salads to choose from that are vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Little Zoe's can make gluten-free pizzas but not recommended for those who have celiacs because cross contamination is almost unavoidable. But they do their best in accommodating those who are gluten intolerant. And if you have a lactose intolerance, you can always bring in your own non-dairy cheese and have them apply it to your pizza. So long as you can communicate what you want. Little Zoe's can almost guarantee genuine services for those who have strict dietary preferences or restrictions. Parking: The center at colony Mill and Keen has plenty of parking and I've never had a situation arise where I couldn't find an appropriate place to park. Kid-friendliness: There's a large courtyard right outside the location so if your kids feeling hyper they can go run around and burn off some of that energy, top of that there are some toys inside of little Zoe's that kids can feel free to play with while they wait. The staff also doesn't swear and the music that is playing is very faint and family friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors that little Zoe's Pizza are wide enough to accommodate for most if not all wheelchair sizes, the sidewalks are accessible and overall if you are bound to a chair. You still have the freedom to partake in little Zoe's Pizza."
