There is a Dunkin' Donuts here, but they often run out of donuts. I have been here multiple times and have experienced terrible customer service. The staff is very rude to customers. View menu

The staff at this restaurant does not pay attention to customer requests. Despite my repeated requests, they still put the brown sugar cookie in my cold brew. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a sassy attitude and refused to listen. Just a heads up, the brown sugar cookie is very bitter.

I love the Monroe Dunkin' crew!!! They are the best! ? If I have anything negative to say it's the simple fact that you can't tip them through debit/credit or the app. If it's possible I'm sure that there's many of us who would since cash isn't as readily available as cards are.
