"This place is usually always great, the staff is always very sweet and helpful, even with the storm of chaos, that is my four children when we decide to enter. However, this review will be more critical today. I went through the drive, I ordered 4 icy lattes, 4 Omelet bites and 3 donuts. I waited at the end of the road for food, and an employee came with two of the Omelet bites (not 4 and forget the donuts), and I told her I ordered 4 Omelet bites and also 3 donuts. So they have the order wrong, not a big deal, but then she went on and corrected me in a disgusting way as if I don't understand basic mathematics and then awklig stared me for a few seconds before they finally decided to fix the problem. She has to be new as I've never seen her before. The lady who took my order was as usual a favorite, the lady who took my payment super sweet, but the new girl, dear Jesus. If Dunkin accepts this kind of attitude from her staff to her customers, I can save the money and make organic homemade egg bites cheaper at home. Admittedly, the girl did not have me for defining the order, but I would rather not have started with such negativity from my day."

Coffee and bacon great! Did not toast my English muffin or put my butter and avocado on the side they put it on the English muffin very sloppy... a little disappointing but everything else was great!

I called right before closing and asked if they had pink donuts. My child had a tough day today. They remained open to me to come there and took care of my order completely unexpected and unnecessary. Only really amazing service and experience. Thanks to the staff tonight for my children day much brighter!

I ordered the Nutty Pumpkin, but I couldn't taste any pumpkin at all, and there was no cream on it either, even though the description mentions it includes cream. This seems more like their regular coffee instead of the Nutty Pumpkin I expected. On the bright side, the croissants and donuts are, as always, excellent.
