"The second time, my coffee was made incorrectly, and the wait for food was over 20 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was also wrong and poorly made. Today, I ordered my coffee and was heading to the restroom when someone in the back yelled that the bathrooms were out of order in a condescending tone, as if I were a child. There was only a sign on the women's restroom, not the men's. I went back to the front, where I overheard what sounded like the manager reprimanding the staff for not making coffee or taking orders, even though I was the only customer in the store. It made sense why I was treated so disrespectfully—the manager set that tone. In general, I place the blame on the management for the poor operation of this store. The staff seems to be doing their best during my visits, but they all appear frustrated and unclear on how to proceed. It's true what they say: there are no bad teams, only bad leaders. Unfortunately, the leadership at this location has let their team down."

Not run to the same standard as other Dunkin Donuts. Pretty frustrating with the lack of service or care that they're lacking good service.. staff lacks experience.

Wow, I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin' was incredibly disappointing. The atmosphere in the restaurant made it clear that the two employees would rather be anywhere else than helping customers. There was even someone out of uniform dismantling the menu. The staff were rude and inconsiderate. My matcha was only half-filled and served extremely hot. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location, and I recommend that anyone reading this choose a different Dunkin' Donuts. View menu

Sunday afternoon staff (1:00 PM) are obnoxiously loud and rude through the drive thru speaker. Poor girl taking my order at drive through could not hear my one order clearly at all, I had to repeat myself 4 times and she still could not understand my order (it was a simple iced coffee with a couple of unsweetened flavors nothing complicated). So I left the line, told her to not worry about it. I’ve always had a good experience at this Dunkin, but it only takes one time to ruin that. Not coming back here again. Do not recommend!

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The variety and quality exceeded my expectations, making it a great value for the price range of $1 to $10 per person. The service was good as well, so I’m giving it a solid 4 out of 5. As for the atmosphere, even though I took the meal to go, the vibe of the restaurant was inviting and enjoyable, resulting in another top score of 5 out of 5. Highly recommend!
