"My initial impression: a small, neighborhood shop on the corner with some older men hanging out on the inside and outside lol. We visited this place by letting our 9 year old son choose a local donut place while we were on vacation. We were so glad he chose this spot! There was a young, tattooed woman serving us and she was patient while my husband was deciding what he wanted. When she saw me (5 months pregnant) her face lit up and she started asking about the baby which I didn't mind. She was very friendly. The donuts were fresh and delicious and we went around lunch time! My son got a chocolate sprinkles donut, and my husband and I each got a classic glazed donut. We paid via apple pay so perhaps the cash only thing no longer applies. They also have sandwiches, juices and such however we did not try these on our trip there."

The donuts are beautifully made, mildly sweet, but then again, they are donuts!

This is the perfect spot for breakfast, especially if you're in a rush. The staff is also very kind. I had the ham and cheese with jalapeños, and it was amazing!

These are the best donuts I've ever had in LA! The staff is incredibly friendly, too. If you arrive early enough, you can get them fresh out of the fryer. It's a wonderful local spot!

The business owner dinged my car with his door, then moved his car over a little but refused to take responsibility. There were 15 empty spots available, yet he parked right next to me. When I saw my car in the morning, the damage was fresh. He downplayed the situation, claiming it was close, clearly trying to avoid any liability. His integrity is nonexistent. View menu

Such a great, mom pop community donut shop! There's a crew of older people hanging out here every day, which is an immediate clue it's a quality place. The donuts are also delightful: lightly crispy, with good flavor, without being dry. If I want a regular old cake donut (plain sugar glazed, cinnamon, and blueberry are all good; can't imagine any are bad) I will hit this place up before anywhere else. They open at 4:30am so you can roll in for hot'n'fresh selections after graveyard or before first shift.

The textures of the cinnamon roll and apple fritter were among the best I've experienced. However, the flavors were slightly off, but nothing too concerning. The cinnamon roll began with a bit too much flour and ended up being a bit too cinnamon-heavy. The bottom of the apple fritter tasted a bit dry or possibly burnt, while the top had a bit too much frosting; together, they balanced out and weren’t overwhelming. We also tried a ham and cheese croissant. The positive aspect was that it came with a generous slice of ham, but the downside was that the ham had a purplish color and was quite fatty.
