"I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I have been there a few times and each time I encountered the same poor quality of service. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, so it was not a language barrier causing the rudeness. The service was rude from the moment I placed my order. When I asked for my burrito to be cut in half after I had already paid for it, the staff rolled their eyes at me. The same reaction was given when I requested a few slices of lime. It was clear that there was a lack of understanding and respect for the customer."

Great food. Perfect for takeout. Pupusas are made hot to order and the beans and rice are some of the best around. Hot sauce has a strange bitter tinge but I'm not docking it too much for that.
