"I can't speak for the other dishes, but I would definitely steer clear of the enchiladas. The chorizo was simply a sausage link, and the chicken was lacking in flavor. There was very little sauce, and it was overloaded with sour cream, with barely any raw onion sprinkled on top. As a fan of enchiladas, I found these to be quite disappointing. On a positive note, the horchata was decent."

The best authentic Mexican food in Hell's Kitchen! The chicken burrito is enormous, and the nachos are incredibly fresh. The guacamole is the best I've ever had! Chipotle can't compare to El Rancho. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend it! View menu
