"NOTE: Visit during “soft opening”. References Cajun/New Orleans on their website, but not really accurate. Decor generic/New England, cajun items on menu more “what someone who’s only been to Louisiana once” would try. And any cajun restaurant would have catfish on the menu; not here. And menu all over the place, trying to do too many things. That said, food well prepared and tasted excellent. Staff overwhelmed by large crowd, and not clear why they have all these robots that seem to have no defined purpose. Look forward to trying in several months when they’ve worked the bugs out."

Amazing ambiance, welcoming staff, and fantastic food! I tried the lobster-shrimp pasta, and it was outstanding!

Although we had an open table reservation, they wouldn't honor it. Waiting for a table over 1 hour. Left without food.

The food was good, but the portion size vs. the cost was not good. $18 for the equivalent of a kid's meal at most restaurants.

When we arrived, the hostess said they were “problems” with the reservation system. If you look back on other reviews, a similar problem happened with another male, so it seems that they have no intention to fix the problem. The hostess said it would wait a 45-minute.

Have reservations thru open table I called the day of reservation and was told they do not take reservations on the Internet, but why was it confirmed by the restaurant after I made the reservation? You said they booked a wedding, why didn't I tell you when I made the reservation? Why are they on Open Table for reservations? View menu

Made reservations on line; EH receptionist said they didn’t receive it She complained about the computers not working my Manhattan was terrible the Cole slaw was sour my fish basket was undercooked and the robot was not working we’ll not be back and won’t recommend your restaurant to anyone waitress was friendly and apologetic felt sorry for her

Only giving a bad rating because we never got to eat there. Made a reservation and it was confirmed and received a reminder about the reservation and when we got there it was closed. It was on a Tuesday and we discovered that they are always closed on Tuesdays. Why were we sent confirmation and reminders?? It was a celebration dinner for my husbands birthday and 6 of us show up and then had to find a place to seat 6 without any notice. Would'v loved to try it but I have no idea how a reservation was accepted on a day they're closed.

"Let me start by saying the food, presentation and wait service has been good to excellent on our 1st and 2nd visits over the last two weeks. But we definitely need to address a totally unacceptable response to an issue we ran into last night. Just after our 1st visit on 12/30/22 we called to inquire about their Corkage Fee which was stated as $35. We then booked another res for 1/7/23 for us and another couple and bringing a nice 08 Cab to share with our guests. So the bill arrives with the ridiculous Corkage of $45 shown. I nicely asked our waiter to reduce the charge to $35 and advised my wife had specifically called in to check it just 2 weeks before AND at $45 we would have not brought our own wine as $35 was bad enough. So here comes in tandem the Ops Director Ms. Martin and Chef/Owner Mr. Moore to say bluntly its $45 and that 's it. They couldn 't have cared less my wife had called in and Mr. Moore blurted out here 's the deal, we make no money on people bringing their own wine . They stood glaring at us in a demeaning way like how dare you to have questioned our policies? We paid our bill and left. So here are my closing comments on BIS On Main. We have spent over $640 on our two visits in recent weeks. You could have easily said okay, we will adjust this time but please be aware of the increase in the future and all would have been fine. Secondly, Mr. Moore should reconsider his very inappropriate comment about not making any money . Are you serious! So as they say, It will be a cold day in hell........"
