"We arrived with a reservation for brunch at 2:20 and were finally approached by a waitress at 2:50 telling us that the kitchen closed at 3pm. We were super rushed, even though no one told us when we arrived or in the 30min we were waiting for anyone to walk by that they were about to close. Gazpacho was great but the eggs Benedict was completely hard boiled. Obviously couldn’t send it back or we would get more attitude from the waitress. The kitchen staff that brought our food out were very nice at least, as were the people giving us water. Just wish it was a more pleasant experience, especially for the price."

we live near the palms and eat there a few times a year. you eat is always fresh and well cooked. last night was the pasta of seafood delicious 10 out of 10. everyone in my party of 4 was very happy with their eating and we like to eat in the indoor dining room, which is a very elegant room, although almost all others eat on the back terrace outside. They are closed due the pandemic however did not update the information in this page, nobody called to me to cancel this reservation. I was there and had the bad taste to find this location Closed. I had to call many other location to find a table to dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday! I can't understand how they can not take care of this important point..

The menu doesn't change much so if you eat hear regularly you'll probably repeat yourself, but the food is just so delicious and the whole dining environment is wonderful. The outdoor porch is beautiful, and the staff works to make your night so special. Everything we've eaten at The Palms (we have eaten there about 8 times) has been delicious--well-cooked, good quality food. They often don't have the full-fish dish they have on the menu, so that should probably be set out as a special instead, but we have just had the best experience with this restaurant and will be back.
