"Local staple. Food is always fast, consistent and tasty. Unfortunately our service was not the best our last visit. Waitress was abrasive and just rubbed my guest the wrong way. We are not the type to get rubbed the wrong way so I am sure you are already aware. I will definitely return and update. Thank you for a delicious Friday afternoon breakfast."

Excellent breakfast here! Corny hash and eggs, and French toast were very tasty. Large breakfast selections as well as lunch and dinner at this typical New York Greek diner. A great spot in Hyde Park.

I really wanted to like this place the atmosphere is great and the wait staff are friendly. But the food is awful. Flavorless to the point that I wondered if I had Covid. There are so many great places to eat in Hyde Park, don’t be fooled by the curb appeal. Very disappointed

sweet diner! service was amazing! the food was great. good buffalo wing, ok reuben, it would have had more herb, but beyond that it was great. the best part was that they made my cheeses, as I asked with mushrooms, bark swords and American cheese. if you want to shave an egg, that's the place you should get it from!

This is a great little place! The food was excellent, I had a pastrami with Swiss cheese on Rye with potato salad and pickles. I also tried what they call an Egg cream, it is a vanilla cream soda--definitely different and tasty. For dessert I shared a piece of Lemon Merange pie. Everything was delicious. I ordered take-out from here recently, and it was very good! The prices are amazing for the amount of food you get. Between two meals (eggplant parmesan and meatloaf), I received two side salads, a full loaf of bread, and two large portions for the main meal. Overall, it was quite tasty, and I recommend trying the take-out from here!

While travelling in Hyde Park, we decided to visit the Eveready Diner. Clearly, it is a local favourite as it was bustling in the late afternoon. We decided to sit at the counter and watch all of the action as it is a very busy kitchen. We enjoyed all of the food especially the Reuben. We would come back for breakfast, if we were ever in the area.
