"Have been a regular for the past almost 5 years. We really met some good people while hanging out, relaxing after a full day of work and weekends after a full day of chores ?. One and only one bar tender in particular has not been nice to my boyfriend in the almost 5 years, despite him helping her take glass bottles to the trash when open downstairs to him helping and getting her ice. Not to mention anything she would need he would jump. She has now decided in front of everyone to scream at us on not 1 but atleast 2 occasions! We start nothing, keep to ourselves in the back of the screened in area. Last night she screamed at me standing right beside me at the back table. I had no idea why we were cut off from draft beer only and never had a problem with any of the other bartenders getting us a lg pitcher of draft beer until last night she decided with 12 ppl in the bar she was no longer getting us pitchers. We continued spending more and settling on cans. Why she came back and screamed at me I'd like to know because she didn't even say. But with that being said the way we have been treated by her and her only after coming 2+ times a week for years we don't need the stress. If you have never been to the establishment and would like some great bartenders, food, nice people stay away Wed Sat nights and all is good."

Really going down hill.....got crabs twice, at least 3 crabs were bad out of both dozens. Went for lunch and got cream of crab soup couldn't find a piece of crab in it, and tasted like straight starch. I won't be going back till theres a change.

Went to Falls hotel/crab shack for dinner and the food was pretty good. Broasted chicken was top notch. The cheese steak and fries were delicious. Only downside was going through the bar to get to the non-smoking section. That section was closed due to lack of staffing but the waitress let us sit there anyway and was very accommodating.. I have been a patron of Falls for 30+ years. I have never had bad service or bad food! All the help is friendly and helpful. We are fortunate enough to have one of the best bartenders in the area...Sarah! Friendly, accommodating and super fast! Like I said never had any problems. Recommend going here any day for great everything!!!! Go Sarah!!!!!! If anyone has a bad experience they must have created it themselves. Hope to see everyone at the Falls!!

Nice Dive bar along the river, servers were friendly but a little disorganized. My order was not entered correctly as I ordered a chicken sandwich and somehow that turned into a fried chicken breast not sure how that happened but i guess at least i got something. It was good so that was nice. Pricing is good and what you would expect. The entertainment was good Matt Jameson did a fine job thru out the night! Not a fan of smoking in bars sine PA outlawed it so that is a negative for this place as they allow smoking all day long.
