"We made a reservation through Open Table and the host could not find it. Luckily, the restaurant was not too busy or we would have been asked to wait regardless of the reservation. While we were greeted right away, and soft drinks came fairly quickly, the standard lunch items took about 15 minutes to arrive. There were only two servers for the entire restaurant. Both were doing their best but that was not enough staff. Food is fine, rib tips were tasty but not much meat. Sausage was a generous portion for lunch. Restaurant was not very clean. The cutesy stuff they have on shelves looked dusty. The quaint custom of writing on the walls wasn’t fun, just looked unkempt, and the sauce bottles were sticky messes that did not appear to be wiped down after each patron left. We had an unfortunate drink spill and no effort was made to clean it up so we literally sat, feet in a puddle under the table for the whole meal. A three or three and a half all in all given the basic food, the lack of staff, and the slightly dirty interior."

The service was terrible, 0/10. The food was cold. We usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but this experience completely disappointed us.

We were not happy with our experience at this restaurant. After waiting for 30 minutes without being served, we decided to leave. When we sat down, no one took our order or brought us water.

Food was good. Service was slow. Not as good as it used to be. We used to come here a lot. Not like it used to be. It has definitely deteriorated. Sad. Prices have gone way up as all restaurants have.

On Valentine's Day, we visited Famous Dave's. Although our waitress was friendly and attentive, it took longer than anticipated for our appetizers and main courses to arrive. However, once our food was served, it was incredibly delicious! View menu

The food at this restaurant was served cold, and they brought out our entrees before our appetizers. Despite asking if we wanted refills, they did not bring them. It is unlikely that we will return, as we will choose to dine at Georgia Boys instead.

Service was very slow and they weren’t very busy. Served only came to our table 3 times, once to take drink order, once to drop off drinks and take food order, once to bring food and drop off checks. Buns for sandwiches were very stale and dry/hard. Combo is a lot smaller than it has been in the past. Cajun chicken sandwich has no consistency, it has been different every time I have ordered it. The restaurant overall has gone significantly down hill in service and quality since COVID.
