"Don't waste your time or money. The food is horrible. Unless you are a deer and need a salt lick. The drinks were lackluster and not cold enough for cocktails. The famous deconstructed Hainanese chicken rice was edible, however, the condiments were terrible. As a Hainanese person, my grandma would roll in her grave at FF's rendition. As for the Char Kway teow, it did not contain kway teow, which is the main ingredient of this dish. That's like fried chicken without the chicken. Every dish was salty beyond imagination, and soy sauce was used without reservation instead of using it properly for color and taste enhancement. Very, very disappointed and will NEVER eat here again"

We were early for our reservation and were seated immediately. The food was great, but my Singapore Sling which I ordered with the appetizers, did not arrive until halfway through dinner. The Singapore Sling was awesome View menu

Would recommend but advise to only get chicken and rice dish. The char kway teow was not good or authentic and the kaya toast appetizer was overpriced and not very good. Spent three years in Singapore and will agree that the chicken rice was goodauthentic but everything else was subpar

The food was delicious. Beautifully plated, came out hot. My wife had the cornish hen and enjoyed the three sauces that came with it. She said the rice reminded her of her childhood and the way her mom used to cook it. I had a noodle dish that was surprisingly complex. We got a couple of drinks as well perfectly balanced and tasty. The mango shaved ice was a treat. The bartender doubled as our server and he was a really attentive and friendly server that really contributed to our great time that evening. Would and already have recommend to friends

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
