Fratelli's Italian Grill

I had a great dining experience! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I dined in for dinner, and the cost was around $20 to $30 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a solid 4 out of 5. Highly recommended!

Overall is was okay. The flavors were good but consistent quality was an issue. The sliced Italian sausage had a nice flavor but the temperature was steaming hot one bite and barely warm on the next then back to hot on the next. It did not seem evenly cooked. Also things felt a little over priced to me.

Fratelli's has the potential to be a hidden gem. The atmosphere is very warm and the seating is quite comfortable. I ordered the Chicken Toscanini and was very impressed. The website indicates that the restaurant is open, but there’s no reliable phone number to place a takeout order. When I went to order in person, the doors were locked. I saw someone inside, but they seemed to avoid addressing me. I suppose I’ll never find out if the food is any good. It’s disappointing that there isn’t a decent Italian restaurant in Springdale.

I ordered the chicken parmesan, but unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked, and the sauce and noodles were not very appealing. On the positive side, the service was quick and attentive, and the spinach artichoke dip paired with the house bread was delightful. I was also impressed by the variety of options on the menu that could feed two people at a reasonable cost. However, given the somewhat high prices, I would recommend looking for alternatives.

I ordered the Seafood Combo #2 today, and I was reminded of just how incredible this place smells as soon as I walked in! The music creates such a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I must admit, it was a challenge to drive home with my delicious order in hand. The first bite was absolutely exquisite. The mussels and shrimp were both flavorful and tender. I was pleasantly surprised to find an equal amount of seafood and pasta in the dish. And the sauce—wow! If you don’t know what to order… let me first say…I am obsessed with the Lobster Ravioli! Everything I’ve had here gave me layers of flavor and felt homemade. This little spot was recommended to me a few times before I finally decided to check it out. That was the day I was introduced to my Lobster Ravioli. I was hooked immediately. The flavors, the cozy atmosphere with that low lighting you’ll find in traditional Italian restaurants, really took me back to my time in Rome. The place is easy to miss when driving by and not the most impressive appearance but the food is everything! My favorite Italian restaurant in the area.

When you enter into this place you do get an Italian vibe with the decor, the music. and the smell. My wife and I came in at 2:15pm on a Wednesday and were the only ones there but they still seated us. We started with the fried ravioli as an appetizer and they were very tasty and the red sauce was an excellent dip for them. Then we both had a salad with the house Italian dressing that was excellent. I then had the lasagna and I really enjoyed the red sauce but would like to have had more pasta. My wife had the fettucine and it could have used more garlic and salt. Adding salt made a big difference. We wish we were hungry enough to try a dessert, but another trip. The service was excellent!

I found a roach in my food, and the owner did nothing to address the situation—he just offered me a dessert. I definitely won't be coming back. When I spoke to the owner, he dismissed my concerns and didn't even apologize after I mentioned it to the waitress. Instead, he argued with me and even called me a liar. Why would I want to discuss this with someone who thinks I'm being dishonest? I’ve been a customer since you opened and have never complained about anything before, not even when your wife provided poor service.
