Frenchy's Chicken - Menu

The chicken is excellent—hot, fresh, and with a unique flavor that can't be beaten. However, the space is cramped and feels a bit closed off. I can't wait for them to open their new location down the road!

The food is good and of good quality, but they have very small portions. The wings are tiny and the sides are gone within 5 bites. If you 're looking for a taste of Cajun, this is the place to go. But for better portions try somewhere else.

The chicken no longer tastes as good as it used to. The cod was greasy, and they didn't provide condiments like they used to. Additionally, nobody answers the phone to take feedback. I waited a long time in the car major line, but once I got a chance to order my meal with FrauDomoniqie. She helped me with the menu had great customer service. I made my day much better, food was great. Y?all should adjust more as they, which actually needs the time to make your visit more convenient, instead of rushing to do. I'm definitely back.

The wait time was excessively long for no apparent reason, with 30 minutes spent in the drive-thru line, despite a limited menu. The chicken I ordered wasn't piping hot; it seemed like it had just come out of the fryer. I expected more from the original location on Scott St., as the previous location was much better than this one. I'm hopeful that the new site will open soon and have a more efficient system in place. Until then, I won't be returning, and I recommend others to think twice as well.

Lastly, and most importantly, why is there no option for customers to order their food inside? Is that really too much to ask? It feels like you're treating your customers poorly, especially those from a struggling area, and that’s simply not fair. For better fried chicken, I recommend Mia's Table in Oberkirby or Grace's on Kirby. I would have considered coming back at similar prices, but this place, which is positioned as a gourmet restaurant, unfortunately treats its customers like they don’t matter.

Very good fried chicken and usually fresh. I have 3 MAJOR complaints with this business though. One, how do you not offered any mashed potatoes or baked potatoes and instead offer some dirty rice that is a shell of authentic dirty rice. Second, why doyou not have more workers to withstand all the traffic that comes through drive-thru??? You know customers have to normally waitbetween 45 min-1:30 on the drive thru because yall are very understaffed and don 't have an efficient way to take the high demandof orders.
