"I really enjoyed Fresh to Order during my first few visits; the food and drinks were great. However, yesterday, I had a disappointing experience with the steak panini and pear lemonade. The steak was undercooked, still pink inside, and the lemonade was watered down. I called the restaurant, and the lady was very apologetic, offering us free drink replacements, but we didn’t have time to go back as our lunch break was over. When I got home, I felt sick, experiencing nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. My coworker had the same symptoms. It’s now 1 AM, and my stomach is still bothering me, even though we had lunch yesterday at noon."

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I attempted to order food yesterday, but the recording indicated that they had closed as of May 28, 2022. It appears that this might be a temporary situation. Despite that, I really enjoyed the food and found the establishment to be very clean.

I ordered food from this restaurant two days ago, and ever since, I've been feeling very ill after eating the salmon burger. I've experienced an upset stomach and have been vomiting continuously. I can't recommend this restaurant at all, especially since I used to visit regularly without any problems—until I tried the salmon burger.

It felt reminiscent of the portions you used to get on airplanes. While the quality of the food remains good, the portion sizes for the price are just too small. I ordered the blackened chicken and specifically requested it to be prepared without salt, and the person at the counter assured me it could be done. When I took it back to my room, it looked appetizing, but unfortunately, both the chicken and mashed potatoes were heavily salted. While the food has great potential, it could lead to high blood pressure unless the kitchen takes this feedback seriously and adjusts the recipe.

I ordered the veggie sandwich and chicken tortilla soup yesterday. For $12, I received the smallest sandwich I've ever encountered, and the soup was mostly broth with barely any substance—maybe 2% actual content. There was hardly any food. My sister and I were quite shocked. We could have gotten seven times the amount of food for that price at Panera. On top of that, it took them 15 minutes to prepare a sandwich the size of a deck of cards, and the restaurant was empty! I'm really surprised this place is still operating. I won't be returning; I'm extremely disappointed!
