"Just had the most abysmal takeout experience. We ordered miso soup that arrived maybe 1/3 of the way full in their containers and about 10 pieces of tofu spread across 4 containers of soup. The pork buns were dry and dense, lacking any sauce. And, to add insult to injury, my ramen arrived without noodles. For what they’re charging I’d expect at least the bare minimum to be right."

I’ve gave the place three attempts, food is ok service is terrible and it takes forever. Called today to place an order to go and they can’t even answer a phone. I’m done trying to give my money to this place!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hostess was rude when I asked for the restroom, informing me that it was only for paying customers, which made me feel like I was treated as if I were homeless. It was very unprofessional. Additionally, the service was slow; it took our server 15 minutes to bring us our checks.
