"My mom and I had a terrible experience at this location. We arrived a little before 3:40 and most of the tables were empty. We were seated and given water and then for almost 40 minutes we sat there and no one came to ask us about drinks/appatizers, or anything else. Two other small parties came in while we were waiting and we watched both tables order their drinks and meals. While we were sitting there looking around, we saw multiple staff just standing at the counter talking. No one bothered to send someone over. We ended up leaving at 4:15 and are currently sitting at the Irish pub across the way. We already have drinks and have placed orders in less than 10 minutes. It's worth noting that I have been to the Geneva location before and that was a positive experience."

Our server was one of the sweetest I have ever had! Food was great, especially the Ricotta and Honeycomb, and the atmosphere was lovely!

We had an amazing experience at the restaurant. We ordered three different appetizers and four main dishes, and everything was incredibly delicious! The staff was attentive, friendly, and polite. It's hard to understand the negative reviews of this place. I definitely plan to return and bring more friends with me!

Our first visit wasn't great. We waited over 20 minutes for a server and received no menus. The meatballs were undercooked, and several times throughout our meal, we were served the wrong dishes or drinks. Additionally, the drink glasses were dirty and had lipstick on them. Pizza was undercooked sent back but bottom still undercooked Gnocchi and short rib was flavorful but gnocchi was burnt on one side and not enough gnocchi or short rib for the $24 price. My family and I are big fans of Gia Mia; the food quality and taste are always reliable. Generally, the staff matches that standard, but today was a different story. We had a server named Katrina who was unusually slow and unprofessional. My wife and I tried to remain calm, not wanting to upset our children and their friend.

The food was excellent, and the service was great as well. The dishes were a bit on the cooler side since we sat outdoors, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. While the prices are slightly above average, they are definitely justified by the quality of the food. The restaurant was quite busy, so I recommend making reservations, especially on summer weekends. View menu

I visited this restaurant for dinner with my family, but unfortunately, not all of our meals arrived at the same time. We ended up waiting a long time for the food, and it only came at the very end of our meal. To make matters worse, within 30 minutes of leaving, I became severely ill with the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced, lasting for two days. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Katrina was fabulous on a busy July 3rd evening! She was attentive and communicated well. We did not have the best of luck with getting our dinner hot or on time but Katrina pulled through and then Rachel, one of the managers came and addressed us and our unfortunate situation and was awesome as well! Great customer service and follow through on delivering a satisfying solution to our dinner. Kudos to both these gals for impressive service despite the errors! Mangia Mangia
