"I went out to eat with my child, and I won't be returning. My eggs were served cold, and the home fries were burnt and flat like pancakes. My child's mozzarella sticks tasted unpleasant, the sauce was watery, and the fries were undercooked. To make matters worse, my child found something on his ice that looked like mucus. It was a terrible experience overall. I ended up spending $17 on food that was just not good. Additionally, there were some peculiar customers who kept staring at us while we ate, which was very unsettling. I definitely would not recommend this place, especially since they change their prices at will."

When I was working in the West Farms area of the Bronx I would go there in the morning before I got on the BX9 to get a large coffee. Obviously, the coffee was good, put together exactly how I asked. The employee's there were respectful as well.

I ordered the eggs Benedict and it tasted sour the sauce and Canadian bacon was slimey the waitress never came back to ask if the food was ok or if we needed anything. The hash browns were burnt and greasy and the kind you buy at the dollar store. So service and food gets a big thumbs down View menu

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The woman with glasses was quite rude to me, claiming that my earphones were the reason I couldn't hear her. In reality, I am deaf and rely on lip reading. When I ordered a Diet Coke with my meal, she never brought it to me. I won’t be returning to this place.

This place is nice when you go to it but when you order on the phone jeez the guy on the phone has a serious hearing problem i mean when i order chicken quesadilla with ranch they ended up giving me a wrong order with fries,tomatos and spinach no quesadillas to be found I called them they had the nerve to get mad at me for thinking that im “scamming” them out of food if you're going to run a diner at least clean your eyes so you can hear the customers orders my god.

Food is basic diner food. They are a local place with local people who can make or break your experience. The lady across from us smelled so much we had to leave. They also practice some not so subtle theft. Like they round your check up to the nearest nickel. They also charge you.50 cents for using any credit card as a payment. Just go to the Dale Diner next door. The prices here are good and the food is average; however, they have the worst service in the neighbourhood. I've been here twice; the first time it took 15 minutes before a waitress seated me and then she didn't check in on me or offer me a refill once the entire meal.
