"I just wanted to ask a quick question that would take no more than 10 seconds to answer. When I called, the person who picked up said, "I have a line out the door," and then hung up on me. Since then, my family hasn't eaten here. Last week, we dined in and I asked a staff member a question, and it seemed like the management was ready to snap at her over it. I give one star for the waitstaff, who are always professional. Unfortunately, the management's attitude is lacking."

The air conditioning is way too cold, and I couldn't help but notice that the staff were wearing jackets! The atmosphere was uncomfortable because of the overly cold AC.
