"Grasshopper Too is a cozy and inviting traditional Irish pub. My server, John, was fantastic—bringing my food and drinks quickly and always with a cheerful smile. My appetizer, the Capellini Florentino, arrived before I had even finished my soup. John mentioned that the kitchen was really on point that night, which was impressive given the busy Saturday evening crowd. As I enjoyed a silky and delicious Peanut Butter Pie for dessert, I asked John if it was Karaoke Night. He confirmed it was and encouraged me to stick around for the show. Feeling warmed by the lively atmosphere, I decided to wait and see what the more spirited patrons had to offer. Shortly after, a young and charming waitress named Whitney came over to my table. She introduced herself with a shy yet confident demeanor and, to my surprise, asked if I would do a duet with her. Honored and delighted by the unexpected invitation, I gladly accepted. While I’m not sure how well we sang, we had a great time getting the crowd to join in on the chorus of "Hey Jude," Whitney’s choice. As a lifelong Beatles fan, I’ve got to give her extra credit for excellent taste in music. The night continued with John making sure my glass was never empty, even after Whitney had to leave. Whitney also made a point to stop by and thank me for the fun experience, though the pleasure was all mine. Grasshopper Too has definitely earned a loyal customer in me, and I look forward to returning soon."

Great hangout spot with a spacious bar/restaurant style seating area. It has a nice sized parking lot and it's close by a train station. The prices are a little steep but the food is great after a few drinks. They have karaoke nights and the regulars really make you feel comfortable. Not suitable for a quiet date but perfect for letting your hair down.

During lunchtime, the place was busy, and while the staff was courteous, the service was a bit slow. The food was decent but nothing extraordinary. The fish and chips had more breading than fish.
