I loved this place and visited three times during my stay in Anchorage. The bread and baked goods are delicious, and their sandwiches are excellent! I highly recommend it; it's a fantastic café.

best brote treated in any condition. very clean and welcoming location in anchorage. the aroma alone is worth a visit. the breakfast on Monday was very fast, no quantity and many tables to immerse.

shocking how the brot can really take a sandwich to the next level. a basic ham and cheddar with multi-body rustic is really great. fantastic for a sandwich. white chocolate cherry bread is a clip. If you didn't try, you'll miss. broth various broth, cinnamon rolls etc. their cookies are on the crispy side. not my favorite, but I always eat them.

Everyone knows they make fantastic bread and generously give large sample slices to anyone who walks in the door, but they are also extremely generous with local nonprofits. They reached out to us last March with an unexpected surprise bread donation that we got to share in a fun way with the local community. The bread is fantastic and it makes for a great sandwich. 5 stars for the fresh bread and flavorful sandwiches. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars in the rating, they seemed to get the orders out of order when being made. I know some sandwiches will take longer than others but I got my sandwich and my son, who ordered right after me, took much longer. Several people who ordered after us left with sandwiches in hand. But I will definitely recommend this place to friends and be repeat customer when I’m in town.

I'm so glad someone recommended this place. I ordered the harvest veggie sandwich on cranberry walnut bread and some chips. $13,50 is pretty good for lunch in this expensive city. the amount of sandwich fortifications was generous, and I was very surprised by the cookie that was included. the sandwich was very delicious, and I could still taste the aromen in my mouth hours later. the brot was amazing! I want more broth, and although the line was long, I didn't have to wait long for my sandwich. that will be my lunch if I don't want to do something at home.

Great Harvest has turned into my go-to sandwich spot in Anchorage. There is nothing particularly exotic about any of the sandwiches. This is your typical roast beef and provolone, turkey and swiss kind of place. But the quality is what counts here. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious, and the best part is after you order and while you wait, they offer you a slice of complimentary bread. I usually go with the cinnamon raisin, which is good enough by itself, but when butter is applied, it somehow gets even better. I suspect the complimentary bread is day-old bread which they are just trying to get rid of. Same goes for the hardening cookie they throw inside your sandwich bag. B... View menu
