I often come here because of the food and the atmosphere. rod was very respectful and humiliating. I will not return with him.

I've been here a few times and the service is always mediocre. I ordered a drink from the bar, never got it, asked for it again and they charged me twice for it. Wasn't the first time the bartenders were rude!!! I worked in the service industry for years and basic customer service etiquette is not difficult.

Been there twice, each time a few months apart. Both time though, were told chicken wings not available due to shortage. One element lacked when ordering The Smorgasbord.Other than that, food was good, service efficient.We liked patio seating especially when there's a show. The hot af pizza certainly lives up to its name. If you're not a fan of spicy food, you may want to steer clear as this pizza packs a serious punch. However, if you can handle the heat, you'll be in for a fiery treat. I recommend pairing it with a Buschwacker cocktail to help cool down the spice. The other dishes I tried were delicious and the staff was friendly. The rock/emo music playing in the background was a nice touch, especially for fans of Coheed who may have just attended a show nearby.

Came out here to visit a friend attending a conference late at night. It's a sports bar with unique eats. The service can be a bit slow, but the food is pretty good. We ended up sharing a smorgeshboard, which is an appetizer board of 4 of their apps. On the board: Chips, queso and salsa pretty standard there. The captain crunch chicken tenders AMAZING. GET THES ON THEIR OWN. YOU WILL NOT WANT TO SHARE THEM! Fire Pigs in the blanket DELICIOUS! they are homemade and with spicy sausage, so expect a kick! and the bruschetta A surprisingly good app! goat cheese, blueberry jam and bruschetta, its a great combination!

This is the third and last time we give the place a chance. I've had bad service before, but never NO service at all, much less three times in a row. For our first visit, the place was empty and we sat there for fifteen minutes, let the staff know that we were ready, and they looked at us as if we were aliens. The second and third times were a similar experience. How this place is in business is beyond me! The waitresses talk to you as if you are an inconvenience to them. I'd love to give an opinion on the food and drinks but, WHAT food and drinks? It's no wonder that this place is the lowest rated in the area. View menu

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was out celebrating my 28th birthday and I've never been to Las Colinas and thought it would be fun to try out the bars out here. But it was NOT FUN!!! I came into this bar and the bar tending Service was extremely HORRIBLE. One of the female bartenders there was out of line RUDE!! This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The server was incredibly rude for no apparent reason, only taking the order for half of our table and ignoring the rest of us who were ready to order together. One of my friends didn't even receive their drink, and when one of us tried to pay and leave, the server told us it was too late to order to-go. When I politely pointed out that we were all ready to order, the server screamed at me and then called security. She completely dismissed my order and one of my friends didn't even receive their drink. When the friend who paid wanted to order takeout, the server rudely said it was too late and refused to allow it.
