"I enjoyed fast service at the restaurant, and the pork adobo I ordered was absolutely delicious! On a scorching day with temperatures over 90 degrees, the restaurant maintained a nice, cool atmosphere. During my visit, I noticed that many of the patrons were Filipino, which speaks highly of the authenticity of the food offered here. My only minor issue was that the lunch portion was quite large, but considering it was under $8.00, I didn't feel the need to mention it to the staff. After being in NYC for three days, I can confidently say this is the best meal I've had since my arrival!"

I live by this restaurant, and in the evenings, there's troves of rats and mice running around there. They don't put their trash bags in bins, just leave them on the sidewalk each night.

Really Good I'll be back. I eat Pinoy grub frequently since my love is from Philippines . Service was great kare kare was Slamming. Now little Manila in Queens has competition in Gramercy Park. View menu

This is by far the best Filipino food I've had outside of a home kitchen. The restaurant is small, so seating is limited, but once you’re seated, everything falls into place. It's truly an amazing place with great prices and high-quality dishes.

I ordered through DoorDash and the food tasted great. Out of the three Filipino restaurants I've tried in NYC, this one is the best so far. I’m giving it 4 stars, though, because the chicken curry had very little chicken and mostly large pieces of vegetables.

This is the most authentic Filipino food I've experienced in NYC so far. The dining area is quite small, but there is some outdoor seating available. While I really enjoyed the food, I was let down by the service; I was left unattended for 30 minutes after my meal was served before anyone checked in on me. Overall, it’s a fantastic place and definitely worth a visit if you're craving authentic Filipino cuisine! View menu

Grill 21 left a lasting impression on me with its fantastic food that was both delicious and surprisingly light. The cozy and charming ambiance of the small establishment added to the overall experience. Not to mention, the reasonable prices make it a fantastic option for a satisfying meal. It's clear that Grill 21 prioritizes quality, and it's a place I'll definitely be returning to for another delightful dining experience.

The restaurant offers truly authentic Filipino cuisine, and it has a warm, family-run atmosphere. It's a good sign when you see many Filipinos dining there, which speaks to the food's authenticity. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the dishes we sampled were delicious. However, I did notice that they had run out of several items I was eager to try. Fortunately, the meals my friend and I ordered were excellent. The generous portion sizes make it a fantastic place for sharing!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
