"Sausage gravy: way way way too much flour... arrived barely warm. Sausage patties: well done and at the doorstep of burned. Served barely warm. Biscuits: large with just a hint of doughiness in the middles, not baked recently as the shortening had firmly set. Arrived room temp. Eggs: arrived room temp, no seasoning, bland. And then the haybale' hashbrown. A wad of al dente potato shreds, compressed into a cube then fried i guess. The inside was gummy, cool with some grey flecks which might have been oxidized potato starch. Coffee was good. Total bill was over $20. I tipped the waitress well, but should have called the food police on the kitchen. Dreadful."

The food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic. All the food is great and homemade. Be prepared. You should share the chicken fried steak.

Had a very good breakfast. Service was good. Food was good. Had some good St Patrick's day drinks! We just stopped on the way through town but would absolutely stop in again!

This place was excellent for brunch! Their chicken fried steak was delicious, and we also had their bread pudding French toast! If you go on Friday they also have a mimosa special. View menu

Went to Haystacks on Saturday and had the best time. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Our waitress Dara went above and beyond and was the sweetest person. Thank you for a great experience.Food: 5/5

We had steak and shrimp fajitas. The seasoning was really good. All the toppings were delicious. I would add extra onion and peppers to the dish. For an appetizer we had Fried green tomatoes, heavenly delicious. Nice, clean atmosphere. Coffee, drinks desert options … is a must haveFood: 5/5

Service was just passable.Food was not. The fries that came out with our grandkids food were incinerated. Our grandkids gave this place and so did we everything tastes like something from the freezer section at the grocery store! We had a fish taco, a burger and kids chicken strips and the kids quesadilla and left the freezer fries on our plate! The place was cute tho. Sad day View menu

This was a exquisite lunch at a bistro style restaurant. The chicken bacon club was an excellent choice. The location was fairly busy as there were 6 or 7 tables of 2 to 5 people each. There seemed to be plenty of servers as we did not wait long for our meal. The waiter we had was very attentive with our drinks and checking on us throughout the dining experience. Excellent job Haystack!

Very nice atmosphere and wonderful service from staff. First time guest. I had the Eggs Benedict. They were very good. The hash brown bale I found tough taking a knife and fork with some difficulty to cut them and then the taste was starchy and perhaps a little uncooked in the middle. Wife had chicken and waffles. The chicken nuggets appeared to be from a frozen batch. Our drinks were regular black coffee and an unsweetened tea. Just under $32 before tip.
