"We went for breakfast and at first we were the only ones there. I ordered the Basic Breakfast that was eggs, toast and choice of bacon, sausage or ham. I ordered bacon and when our bill came, there was a $4.00 charge for bacon. We questioned this and the server told it the bacon was extra. After insisting that it did not say an extra charge on the menu, it said “choice of”, he reluctantly removed it. My husband had an omelette which did specify a $2 charge for any item other than cheese. The manager was very nice and helped us get a taxi to the airport. The view of the harbor was lovely and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas."

Buffet was terrible. Food was cold, overcooked, fruit spoiled. I cannot believe we paid over $100 a person for such terrible food the surcharge that was added but not told to us (thankfully we noticed before over tipping).

The food was excellent, and the waitstaff was also fantastic. However, the host stand staff could use some improvement. It would be nicer if they started with a warm "hello" or "welcome" instead of immediately asking, "Do you have a reservation?" It didn't create a very welcoming atmosphere.

Christmas brunch was outstanding. There were a wide variety of hot entrees to choose from, delicious salads, made-to-order omelet bar, charcuterie board, scrumptious deserts and a kids-height area, including pigs in a blanket and mac and cheese. I was disappointed with the Christmas brunch 2023. What is usually a fantastic experience fell short when the hostess seated us in a plain, sparsely decorated, and half-empty overflow room. This area lacked adequate staff, yet we were charged the same price as those dining in the main, beautifully decorated restaurant that had full service.

We stayed at the Best Western Island Palms but chose to have breakfast here. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also returned for dinner and opted for the concert dinner package. The dinner was truly enjoyable; the bisque, steak, and lobster were all fantastic. However, we found the dessert a bit unusual and not to our liking. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. Thank you!
