"My food arrived completely cold! It took over 40 minutes for it to get here. I ordered a medium steak, but it was overcooked and extremely dry—definitely way past well done! The kid's meal pancakes did not come with the "strawberry eyes and whipped cream smile" as promised; instead, they were served plain and dry. There was no syrup in the bag either. To make matters worse, I was missing an entire egg. The "fresh fruit" in the Splashers looked like just water with some sort of syrup. This was all documented on the receipt. Overall, this nearly $60 meal was a huge letdown both from DoorDash and IHOP. I won’t be ordering again!"

Ihop excels at handling DoorDash and curbside orders. The packaging is excellent, and they do a great job of including condiments and utensils. The food has consistently been very good. Love this location because of the customer service. It's a chain restaurant so the food is standard for an IHOP. Grandkids love it because of the decorations..they do a good job of decorating for all the holidays. They are also Big on charity.
