"Horrible experience, being here for 45 minutes and not even coffe on the table, there were 3 tables that came after I did and they already have their drinks, there are 2 servers on, and they can't handle the for tables that are in the dining room, I being working in the restaurant business for over 23 years and this is unacceptable, the manager isn't even around, cooking maybe???? What kind of service do they have here, it is unacceptable."

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal. I enjoyed sitting with some regulars who shared stories about the place. The food was excellent, and the waitress was incredibly kind and patient. View menu

That waitresses were good. Especially Araceli. But as busy as it was, the manager, whoever they were had a look on their face that was not friendly or inviting. There was no one at the door receiving customer's that were backed up to the outside door. Maybe on weekends staffing should be better.

on the front you waited 25 minutes. 3 server and the manager went by and just looked at everyone waiting in the line. it was not busy and everyone left. that was after throwing at the manager and trying to stop one of the server by. they recognized our annoyance, but not even say hi. never won back.

Actually they did a rare thing and forgot one complete meal of the 3 ordered. Upon calling and driving 20 minutes back, I was able to get a part of it. I believe the 40 minutes extra driving merited more, however, the person to approve anything else maybe was not present? I still rate 4 stars and only for that one slip. I'll change to 5 if i get some compensatory apology. That would leave no issues whatsoever! View menu

When picking up an order, I had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. All the customers were staring at me and walking away without offering help. Some of the workers were just standing around, chatting and not doing anything. It was a terrible experience and I have been warning others not to bother going there. It's better to go to McDonald's where the customer service is better and the staff are more willing to help.

Stopped here just a few minutes ago. Seemed to only have 2 servers. 1 of them took care of the family that walked in before us and the other stood in the back wrapping silverware ignoring the table waiting to pay their ticket and my family of 3 waiting at the door to be sat. Maybe they need to pay better attention. For a fairly empty establishment they didn't seem to care about making any money. Not good for business at all.
