"Summary: apparently all the money has been invested in making the place look pretty, with little left over to actually make the food taste good. The food appears to be what the menu calls it in name only. It goes to show that you can name a dish anything you want, and it barely requires a passing semblance to it. While the visual aesthetic of the restaurant was interesting, and the staff attentive, it was hard to hear them say anything over the loud pounding music. As a matter of fact, when I walked in, I couldn 't even hear the host come up behind me and ask if I 'd like to be seated. The rice in the oyakudonburi was undercooked and crunchy, in the entirety of it was covered in a spicy mayo that made it oily and unpleasant. The flavor was all muddled up, and it was a bit of a chore to eat (I say eat , but I mean consume for the sake of sustenance, not pleasure). The yakitori consisted of small, flaccid pieces of chicken with no flavor of their own. A sweet American style teriyaki sauce was drizzled all over it and the water logged pieces of green onion it rested on. One has to wonder how many days ago those onions were prepared. These kinds of skewers are supposed to be grilled, however there was no texture or char marks to indicate that the meat had been cooked that way. I 'm sure there 's a segment of the population that will find this place enjoyable, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anybody I know. The staff seemed kind enough though, so I can 't say that it was all together a terrible experience."

Service have definitely improved within a few weeks. Last time i went, it was terrible. This time, so much better! Food was great as well. I recommend the Ramen here.

This ramen restaurant is amazing! They're currently offering a special called the Birria Ramen-Rito, and it's absolutely delicious! We also tried the Shoyu ramen, which features a wonderfully rich and flavorful broth. Highly recommended!

The dining experience is absolutely amazing! The dishes they serve are not only tasty but also imaginative. I tried the Fuego wheel, and it was outstanding. Locating the restaurant is a bit of an adventure, as it's hidden away on a narrow street that's somewhat hard to find.

Nice place. Good food. The ambience is more towards the younger generation. It's slightly loud but lively. The food was surely good. I'm not someone who enjoys peanut flavor but the hot nods /noodles under the shareables was really good. A bit spicy but the good kind. The spice hits you but doesn't linger. We Loved it View menu

The kids requested ramen for lunch, and Google Maps led us to this restaurant. We have no complaints! We all loved our meals, and the ambiance really transported us to Japan. We started with a soft-shell crab roll as an appetizer, and it was so good that we all wished we had more. The kids enjoyed their crispy dishes. I had the Mary Hunt, which was wonderful—the cilantro was just right, not overpowering at all. The grilled chicken was delicious and plentiful, and the sweet sauce and noodles were fantastic too. The kids ordered the fuego and miso ramen, and neither of them had any complaints; they thoroughly enjoyed their time there!

For context: I’ve been vegan for 5 years, I go out to eat frequently. I’ve eaten at each location numerous times throughout the years and have felt that they’re each going downhill as far as quality of both staffing and food. I have never been served meat in a dish that was supposed to be 100% vegan. Yet somehow meat ended up in my ramen. The server didn’t check on us for over 30 minutes after receiving our food. I understand mistakes happen, but the kitchen clearly needs some serious retraining and adjustments made if a mistake like that is not only able to occur but also make its way to a customers table without being double checked by the kitchen and/or the server.

"First, the restaurant is super cool. You enter and immediately see the open kitchen and bar below. We were seated with a great view of the working kitchen. It was our anniversary and they presented us with complimentary bubbly and a menu that read Happy Anniversary at the top. Our server was prompt and kind. We ordered apps and our meal at the same time. Apps were a little slow but we don 't mind taking our time. The andouille sausage over grits was good but a bit oversalted. The croquettes were good but somewhat mushy. Overall flavor profile was good. Some time passed after completing our appys and began to notice the kitchen plating dishes and entrees being served to every table except ours. Again, not in a hurry so we weren 't upset. But it became excessive. Large groups seated while we had appetizers were served their entrees. Small tables seated after we finished our appetizers were served. The kitchen can put out food fast, just not ours. So now our apps are expanding in our belly and our excitement about our meals are diminishing. Finally our entrees arrived. My snapper raw. So sad. The gnocchi was ok but again, way over salted. But the flavor profile was so good. This had the ability to be amazing. My husband ordered the wagyu flank steak. It was just not good. He barely ate one piece and left his sides as again they were way way over salted. Our server noticed that we barely ate our meals and spent time asking for feedback. She was very kind and the manager discounted my meal (which I did not want, but appreciate). Anyway, we probably won 't be back. Good presentations. Very good flavor profiles. Failure to deliver overall though due to extremely salty, improper cooking and extraordinary wait times. Hopefully they can improve as some other recent reviews reflect similar feedback."
