"Cute little hole in the wall restaurant that I would have likely missed if it wasn't for Yelp, especially since there's construction around the restaurant at the moment. Since we were there on a holiday weekend, I called in advance to make sure that they would have a table available for us, and they were very accommodating. When we showed up, our table was ready, and we were promptly seated. It's quite cozy inside with no more than a few handful of tables. When I first walked in, I did wonder if we were in the right place since it looked more like a little cafe. It was clean inside though and well ventilated with the kitchen hidden in the back, making it seem smaller than it is. It's casual but inviting. Two of us, including myself, got the tagliatelle bolognese, and we agreed it was delicious. The other two individuals in our group got the gnocchi one got the special with pesto and the other got the one in red sauce. Both loved their meals as well; I had a bite of the gnocchi and found it light and pillowy as it should be. We all got drinks as well, and I got the Moscow mule. It was a little bitter, but overall pretty good. The service was attentive and good, and I was very happy to have found this restaurant thanks to Yelp! I'd be happy to come back for lunch the next time I visit NYC."

It was ok, nothing great. Very small restaurant. I had the avocado toast. Very bland. Wouldn't go back.

I went to this restaurant after finding it listed as open on Google, but it turns out it’s closed and vacant.

Great coffee and breakfast with friendly and quick service. We had the avocado toast with poached eggs and the waffles with Nutella. All delicious! View menu

Nice place for breakfast/brunch right below the Highline. We got Avocado with no breaks, Hamiltun Panini and the Il Forzuto panini. The place seemed understaffed but the servers were nice.

We had a truly authentic New York brunch experience! We took a delightful scenic detour while walking along the Hudson Line. The brunch and drinks were excellent. Thank you for helping us celebrate our unofficial 20+ year high school reunion!

Decent brunch place.Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first. The hollandaise sauce on their eggs benedict is wayyyyyyyy too thin, not enough sauce as well! The egg is also wayy too overcooked. Now the good stuff, great tasting latte, good Good Morning Piggy portion! Good limonata! View menu

The food I had was okay, but the match latte and the cappuccino was not good, no taste and the waitress was mad and showed her attitude when my friend ordered wrong drink. When we check out we wait for the bill to come we want to slit for pay, they said we have to go to inside and pay instead of sit on the table and wait for them to do that. I will never go back there again.

Another waiter, who was familiar with us, offered us a choice between a table right next to a loud speaker (no, thank you) or one beside the pastry display. We begrudgingly chose the latter, only to find that the pastry display was blowing hot air at us the entire time we sat there. We waited and watched for the large party that was supposedly coming in, but they never arrived. The redheaded bartender even brought our food without saying a word. As we were leaving, we mentioned to the staff that we hoped the party would eventually show up. The redhead simply responded with a comment about their reservation policy. Now it’s the weekend again, and both my husband and I have agreed that we d...

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
