"Very welcoming with excellent service. The decor is unassuming and very tasteful with a fun Caribbean vibe. The food is top notch and very reasonably priced with Caribbean/Mexican fusion items on the menu as well as other jerk and curry dishes. I had the jerk tostadas, on blue corn tortillas, which were a wonderful blend of spicy and sweet and the perfect tortilla texture that seems to be possible only if fried in house. My wife had the curry chicken salad sandwich on a toasted pita that was on point as well, with the yellow curry chicken salad enhanced by a delicious curried fruit salad on the side. For dessert, the peach pound cake topped with perfectly toasted and spiced pecans, vanilla bean ice cream and a bourbon caramel sauce was well worth the belt loosening. Highly recommended and worth a road trip!"

Most in my group enjoyed the meal but I found the meatloaf un-eatable. Only the second time I’ve refused to eat a meal in a restaurant. The first was in South Korea and the “food” was still moving on the plate.

One of my favorites in the area. Unique and delicious food. Hard to beat the Calypso Nachos. The pimento cheeseburger is fantastic as well but wear a bib as it tends to drip flavor everywhere. Get there early if you have a timeline as this popular spot fills up quick and can result in a worthwhile wait. View menu

My wife and I were driving from our old state of New Jersey to our new home of Florida and stopped, as we usually do, in Brunswick, Georgia to stay the night before tackling the last stage of our trip back to Delray Beach, and we stumbled upon Indigo Coastal Shanty, an incredible restaurant. What a find! Wonderful ambiance, tasty and eclectic food choices, and we received excellent service provided by friendly and capable staff. What else can you ask for in a new place to eat? Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. We can't wait to go back to the Indigo Coastal Shanty, the next time we're making a trip north or south and staying the night in Brunswick, Georgia!

This place is a hidden gem, for sure! I'm so happy to have caught wind of it. It's a quaint place with inside and outside seating. I asked to be seated outside due to the beautiful weather and gorgeous tree growing between the building and the deck. The service was wonderful. The food is unlike anything I've had in Brunswick before, and im not talking about the ingredients. I'm talking about the taste and the quality. Don't even get me started on their okra.
