The timing is off. I arrived just before 2 PM, and the restaurant still isn't open.

Sooo many choices of cookies, they all come out so fresh and so warm, my favorites were:Macadamia , s’mores, vegan sprinkles, and the peanut butter and chocolate one!

I'm pissed off I drove all the way from the bx to get a fresh hot cookie sandwich for it to be a old cookie ...smh never been to a insomnia that gave out nothing but fresh cookies smdh View menu

Che was an absolute delight. He patiently waited for us to decide and made excellent suggestions, all while wearing a friendly smile. I'm usually a fan of Levain, but these treats were truly delicious!

The cookies were ok but very Grease. They were thin and broke apart way to easily even after they had cooled down. The service was ok. I had to wait a little while to get served. For the price and what you get I will not be returning.

This the cookies are mad good and tried the brownies for the first time and was blowned away. And this was my first time going a insomia cookie and would go again just to try some of there cookies that they got and the you can smell the fresh cookies they got as well as the brownies in there. On Saturday night at 7 PM, I was taken aback by how rude the girl at the counter was. Her customer service skills were non-existent. I was so surprised by the experience that I'm writing my first negative review. In looking for more information, I found that someone else has already complained about this same staff member, which isn’t surprising at all.

The space can be a bit cramped, so please be considerate and wait on the stairs if there’s no room. While you might have a brief wait, the cookies are definitely worth it! It's hard to go wrong at Insomnia Cookies. In addition to the cookies, they also offer treats like ice cream and brownies. My favorites are the classic white chocolate macadamia and the snickerdoodle. After placing your order, make sure to stop by Artichoke for some pizza, either before or after. Cookies and pizza? Yes, please!

My nightcap is rarely a drink; it's more likely to be dessert, if I'm in this neighborhood, it's very likely to be Insomnia Cookies. Recently, I've frequented this location more than others; it's near restaurants I like, music performance venues I've attended. I still haven't broken out of my comfort zone of a deluxe Chocolate Peanut Butter cup, but why mess with perfection? It continues to be my favorite ten years running.
