"Absolutely INCREDIBLE food! Arguably THE BEST in Memphis. Side note (for this location in particular you do NOT come here expecting phenomenal service. As a matter of fact, I don't think I've ever had a particularly good service experience here. Good thing their food is AMAZING! I'll continue to go back because... Well, it's really that good. I really don't care that everyone that works there leaves their smiles and friendliness at home. I'm just there for the grub. If you expect great service along with your food, you've been warned. ;"

The food was tasty and the portions were satisfying. The beef ribs were excellent. As for vegetarian options, there were vegetables available.

I was very disappointed in the quality of food. Both pulled sandwiches were dry...bread was soggy. I did not enjoy the food. The restroom was disgusting.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, but the food was incredibly spicy. While they were generous with the rib tips, they were unfortunately tough and offered very little meat. Overall, it felt like a poor value for the money spent.

I recently relocated from the Midwest and it took me three months to find a fantastic barbecue place. Thank you for serving large rib tips and for putting barbecue sauce on the meat! I will definitely come back whenever I’m in town again. Also, there’s a spacious parking lot available.

Today I visit this BBQ spot 15 to 20 minutes before closing and when I tell you that my friend and I got sick from eating from this place. The food looks good and fresh but whatever it was (slaw, bbq sauce) or etc make us really sick. Today was my firsttime eating there and surely my last. View menu

The food here is simply incredible! It could very well be the best in Memphis. However, I should mention that the service at this location isn’t exceptional. To be honest, I’ve never had a great experience with the staff here. Thankfully, the food is outstanding, which is why I keep returning. I’m not too concerned about how friendly the staff is; I'm primarily focused on the delicious food. If you're hoping for great service with your meal, consider this your warning!

Stopped at interstate bbq for lunch and ordered food for me and my family, made it home and sat down to eat and the food was awful bread was hard fries were old and the grease needed to be changed as well.. my 16yr old son had pork ribs and he threw his in the trash. I also had a pecan pie, I took one bite of it and threw it in the trash as well!! We were very disappointed with the food we had, we will not be eating interstate ever again!! If you want some good bbq, Go to Big Bill bbq on Elvis Presley, you won’t be disappointed
