"I would give it zero or negative stars if I could! Don 't waist your money, your time and then get your day ruined here!!! Food was just so so but we experienced the WORST service ever and were FORCED to pay 18% tips. what 's wrong with you, rude lady? We came with our friend 's family. My little boy was emotional after sitting down in the restaurant and I was trying to comfort him. Then the waitress came and told us with an angry tone that other customers were complaining about his sobbing. My friend was sitting quietly with us all the time and noticed NO customer talked to her about it at all. All complaints all came from the waitress herself. This was not the whole story. My husband then decided to take our boy out of the restaurant to get some fresh air (And they never came back to the restaurant after that). As soon as they left, the waitress came to our table and commented with a horrible and mean tone that You need to be aware that others are complaining. You should have taken him out when he is crying! Excuse me, don 't you see my husband has already taken him out? Where does that attitude come from? Where is your empathy, if there is any? Ironically, We ended up receiving a bill with 18% tips added automatically! I paid and promised myself I will never be back!"

"I’ve been going here for many many years and every time I get the food here I always love it! I always get either the Himitsu combo or the chicken teriyaki and gyoza combo and the chicken fried rice, tofu teriyaki or chicken ramen for my partner, and they are consistently really really good. I’m always up for traveling a ways just to get the food here. One of if not the best teriyaki in the area!"

"Good food, cool pub, but could use additional wait staff. Went with the family here on a Friday night at 5:30 and was able to get a booth right away. Note: Don't sit in the first booth as it's freezing in the winter with everyone coming and going. The waitress moved us to the back once another booth was open. Food was pretty quick about 15 min and tasted good. Kids had just plain burgers and fries. The fries were really delicious! The burgers were good, but would have been better if my kids ate toppings. My husband had the stilton burger which had English blue cheese, he said it was good, but not great. I guess he prefers American blue cheese. I had the sherry chicken which was great! Large portions and like true English food, lacked salt on the veggies. Once salt was added it was perfect. My 6 yr old even liked the sauce. By the time we were wrapping up, we noticed our waitress seemed a bit unhappy. Might be due to number of tables and people waiting, but it was noticeable. We had to ask for a water twice for my daughter which still took a good 8 min. The waitress also never stopped by to ask how we were doing. We had to flag her down again for the bill, which is normal for restaurants, but with a line of people waiting, you want tables to open up quickly. I'd say we'll be back, but might try during the week when it's not so busy and the waitress is friendlier. (Note: it was just one waitress that seemed a bit grumpy, everyone else was great)."

"They mess up every single time. They gave me someone else's order instead of mine and I had to call for a refund, one time my dad had ordered a drip coffee/just black coffee and they gave him a whole milk latte which was the complete opposite of what we ordered plus he is lactose intolerant while the rest of my family had ordered a 32 ounce drink and had asked if it could be split into 2 smaller cups so sharing would be easier and at first they said it was alright then a barista comes back to us saying we would have to be charged for 2 small drinks instead.... So I gave up on going here because the NE 20th location in Bellevue is so much better in so many ways (plus they have seats to sit down in it's not just a drive through only) however I was here recently with a friend who wanted to go and I just decided to get a water and yet even that was messed up because I got a water with a big fly floating with the ice."

"The bathroom had barely any soap, just enough for a quick hand wash. We had to refill our water glasses ourselves three times because the waiter seemed distracted, even though there were only one or two other tables in the restaurant. The food simply wasn’t worth the $30-50 per person price; it lacked flavor. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here."
