"My order was: Monster Taco Angry Monster Taco $3.00 Qty: 1 Halfsie Fries $3.00 Qty: 1 Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger $5.98 Qty: 2 What I received was only 1 Angry Monster Taco and a Halfsie Fries which had only small bits and pieces of curly fries. I tried to call about being shorted the Monster Taco, but no one answered the phone. Also, the website said my order would be ready in 7 to 10 minutes. It takes me about 5 minutes to get there and park. I stood by the pickup area, and no one even asked me what I was there for. I finally noticed what looked like my order being started about 15 minutes after I got there. Come on Jack. You can do much better. At least try."

Felt like grabbing dinner on the way home and since the other fast food was busy came here. Considering prices are a bit lower and service and food quality was way better, going to stay with Jack in the Box!

Great food as usual!!! We love getting our lunch here on the way up north. I love the chicken cob salad with a side of two tacos while Dean ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough bread with an iced coffee latte. Yum!!!!

Food was really good, they forgot my egg roll though. They are short staff as most places so it takes a while to get your food but atleast it's fresh. People who I've interacted with are always nice. Fountain sodas taste really good here. View menu

The drive through messed our order up big. Had to park and reorder a missed item only to find further mistakes once we got home , Soggy cold greasy fries, wrong burgers, and shorted two cheesecakes and a rice bowl. Food was less than tasty. I now know whyI rarely go here.

I have posted about this restaurant when I first moved here. It was a 1 star. Now a couple years later I have been forced to try them again. 5stars all the way. I have to thank the other fast foods for forcing me to try again. A little pricey, however, at least I don't have to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes waiting for my food from their drive threw. Worth a second try.

Not very professional service they don't greet the costumers in the drive thru or say anything until they are ready to take your order, 1st time waited 2 minutes before I said: hello? Are you guys open? And the response was: yeah hold on!!! And again today 6-3-23 same thing almost 2 minutes before the lady said: you ready to order? I think the management needs to be retrained in costumer service so that the employees get better training View menu

I recently had the delight of enjoying a salad at Jack in the Box with my family. I've always been a fan of their salads, and while the grilled chicken breast is delicious, I have a special preference for the fried breaded version. This visit was no exception; I thoroughly enjoyed all the fresh ingredients in my salad. Another family member also ordered a salad, and we had a fantastic time together. The service was impeccable, and the view outside our window was breathtaking. A big thank you to the Jack in the Box staff for their wonderful service!

Fast food joints have gone given up. The food looks nothing like the menu and service is invisible. I ordered the #5 and I got this little tiny hamburger, fries and a medium shake for $14 and some change. Really? Jack-in-the-box's shakes aren't even cold. Luke warm and it don't melt. Oh...dare ask for salt, ketchup and mustard. They act like it coming out of their paychecks. No the customer HAS to ask for these condiments or they don't give them to you. Pay more, get less. This is what out country has come to. American people getting the shaft. Lastly, I wouldn't have even eaten there but, I needed to eat something asap. Sorry Jack-in-the-box,

"Just got a sugar free caramel frap. Service was quick but my frap was not sugar free. If I ask for a sugar free frap there is a reason why I asked for it. Pouring regular caramel syrup all over the inside of the cup defeats the purpose of the sugar free concept. Regular caramel syrup is soooo sweet it makes my stomach cramp up hurt I throwup. I can't drink regular Fraps because I had bariatric surgery a few years ago don't do sugar. The people that work at coffee houses think they are doing me a favor but they're not..They're actually making me sick. Come on people use common sense. Sugar free means NO sugar added..None added. Unfortunately I won't be going back. I don't like being sick when it's not necessary..if u want a regular frap they make good ones just not for me."

"Recommended by a friend, I did a bit of research before visiting, and with a rating of 4.5 stars, my expectations were high. So, we went there as a group of four adults and a child. I decided to try the three-item plate, which included a steak burrito, a chicken enchilada (the server recommended it as the best meat option), and a chicken taco. The food was incredible—packed with flavor and served in generous portions! There wasn’t much left on my plate when I was done. I highly recommend this place and have already told some friends who will be visiting Lake County to check it out! I definitely plan on returning the next time I’m in the area. My five-year-old also loved his special order of small nachos, which was plenty for him to enjoy."

"Our hostess/waitress was one of the best in Lake County. The atmosphere has all new artwork in the dining area, which is nice. Although there were two that had 1 eye, they were both looking at us. Little weird. The food was terrible. I ordered scallops in lemon and butter, vegetables, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The other 2 people with me ordered bacon wrapped filet mignon, salad with Italian dressing, vegetables, and chopped red potatoes. The Italian dressing was oil and watered down vinegar, no spices. Even the waitress went and tasted the dressing on her own accord when she saw they weren't eating it and came to our table to tell us she didn't like the dressing and offered to get something else. Our vegetables were sliced steamed carrots with no seasoning. The same goes for the red potatoes. The filets were charred marked and raw on the inside and tough. My mashed potatoes were a giant ice cream scoop of potatoes with a very thick brown sauce poured down one side. The presentation of all our food reminded me of a cafeteria style meal food just tossed on a plate. The appetizers were good chicken wings and potato skins. The drinks from the bar were good. One of us asked to speak with the manager about the food, and the manager listened but didn't seem to care. We all want every restaurant in Lake County to be great. Even good would be ok. When this restaurant was Howard's Grotto, the food was consistently good or decent. I will never go back to this restaurant for food again. Fast food is more appealing. I might go there to the bar side for a drink, maybe. To the owner, please get someone in there who can make good food and who knows how to plate the food. To the cook, taste the food before you decide to put it on the menu. We paid over $200 for the 3 of us, including 2 drinks each for 2 of us. I didn't want to pay for the food, but the waitress was so incredible that we just paid it. We won't go back, though."

"We ordered the mixed appetizer platter, prawn rolls, tempura shrimp sushi rolls, and a fantastic daily special vegetarian pumpkin red curry. Everything was impeccable. The mixed appetizer included potstickers, spring rolls, and prawn rolls. We had ordered an extra serving of prawn rolls, and I'm so glad we did because they were simply irresistible. The mixed appetizer also came with both a sweet and sour dipping sauce reminiscent of Mai Ploy and a wonderful spicy peanut sauce. The sushi was made to order exactly to our specifications, which we really appreciated. As for the pumpkin curry, it was outstanding—just the right amount of spice that complemented the flavors perfectly. The pumpkin used was kabocha squash, my absolute favorite, cooked to perfection—not overdone at all—and richly flavorful. It was beautifully presented with artistically cut zucchini, long bean, carrot, cabbage, and Thai basil. The service was friendly and efficient. It was lovely to see the owner’s family spending time at another table, which added to the homey atmosphere. Throughout our meal, we enjoyed lounging in this gorgeous restaurant, surrounded by tall banana trees, vibrant decor, and large windows overlooking the lake. I can’t wait to return!"
