"This visit initially had me ready to give a 5-star review, but my experience changed when I entered the restroom. The rest of the restaurant was quite clean, with only a few minor messes noticeable as I walked in. The service was prompt and efficient, and the staff member was consistently polite. My burger was fresh, and the curly fries were a delight. I especially appreciated the many small, crispy pieces among the fries, although some might prefer the larger ones. The lobby was tidy, with just a few slight issues that seemed to have been left by previous customers. Unfortunately, the restroom was a letdown; it was not well-maintained, and the sink was dirty. I chose this location because there are no Jack In The Box restaurants near my home, and I wanted to avoid the 18% surcharge at The Counter, where burgers can exceed $25. All in all, I had a lovely visit and would certainly return."

After 20 years, I finally returned to Jack in the Box. Living in Florida means we don't have any locations here, so during my vacation to California this year, it was my very first stop.

I ordered a combo for myself, and a few other items for my wife for dinner. I came home to find that my fries were missing. Then I tried calling to see if I can go back to pick up my fries and nobody answered after multiple calls. Disappointing.

I placed an order using the app and took advantage of a deal that offered a free Chicken Sandwich with a minimum purchase of $1. In total, I ended up paying $1.19 in tax for some modified tacos. The Chicken Sandwich was decent, similar to a McChicken from McDonald's. However, the service was a bit slow, and it felt like they prioritized drive-thru customers over those of us who walked in. On top of that, they didn't have the soy sauce I had requested through the app. The restaurant itself was pretty typical—quiet and with convenient parking.
