"We have ordered from this location many times since it opened, but our last two experiences have been extremely disappointing. The cheesesteak and buffalo chicken sub we received were the driest we’ve ever had, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I called the store to request replacements and returned with the sandwiches, but when the manager came out to process my refund, there was no apology offered. When I expressed my disappointment, he told me there was nothing wrong with the sandwiches. I find it hard to believe that serving a dry sandwich is acceptable. I think it’s reasonable to expect the same quality we’ve always received from Jersey Mike's—certainly not dry sandwiches! I am very disappointed and will not be returning."

They frequently refuse to accept online or mobile orders. I used to work at this location, and during my time there, that would have been completely unacceptable. If they are too busy, they need to hire more staff because it’s ridiculous to have to travel from city to city just for a sandwich. So much for their slogan, "A Sub Above."

I've had a wonderful experience every time I've visited this restaurant. The staff always greets me warmly and provides excellent service. The subs are fantastic, and the team is exceptional. However, I do wish the air conditioning was more effective, as it can get quite warm inside, and I feel for the staff. Overall, I give it an A+!

The portion sizes for mobile orders can be inconsistent. The staff should be better trained on what a proper serving looks like. I usually visit once or twice a week, and while my orders are mostly spot on, there have been a couple of times when I've received a container that looks like a half portion—even though I always order the same thing. I don’t quite get that. On the plus side, pickup times are generally reasonable and the food always tastes great. It might be a good idea to offer some to-go packets of vinegar as well. View menu
