"The woman who answered the phone and took my order was very ghetto and rude! Not only that but when our food got to our location it was cold, the lettuce on my sandwich was literally brown like it had sat out all day long. When I called to let them know how my food was the lady hung up in my face. Y'all need to train your cashier/ order takers on customer service because they're LACKING THAT SKILL. Also don't send out food that has been sitting around all day I know the difference between fresh and rotten. For 30.00 for a sandwich hell to the no. Never ordering there again."

If this is Jimmy's Best, I'd hate to see his worst. This is the second time my online order has been missed or ignored, today I'm told the online ordering is down and they don't know when I'm getting my $45 back. Never again will I spend money or energy here.

I really enjoy their sandwiches, especially the crispy Philly steak. The salad is pretty good too. I’m looking forward to trying their cakes next. The service is very friendly and helpful. My last name was misspelled as Atkinson, but that doesn’t bother me. As long as the food and service are great, that’s all that matters to me.
