"(This review was involuntarily sponsored by Johnny's New York Style Pizza) This morning I heard a knock on my door. I thought it was my neighbor and i didn't answer because my house wasn't clean. About 20 minutes later, I leave to run some errands and I find a pizza from this restaurant on my doorstep. I decided to eat it and leave a review. In fairness, the pizza was sitting outside in the cold for 20+ minutes before I got to it. I ate one slice. The sauce is uninspired. It tastes like a mixture of tomato paste and oregano. The crust is pretty good, it's thin and the crust has a nice crunch. The toppings are also of serviceable quality. I am, however, disappointed by the amount of (or lack of) cheese on this pizza. Most of the cheese is in a pile on the center, and even there, it's a pretty thin layer. It doesn't even go all the way to the crust, nor do the toppings. There is a ring of dried-up sauce about 2 up to the crust. This pizza will not give you the cheese pull photo you need for Instagram. I can't offer an opinion on their prices, as again, I did not pay for this pizza. I've given this pizza 3/5 stars, which takes into consideration the fact that it sat out in the cold for 20 minutes, and the fact that it was free."

Without a doubt, this is one of the worst pizza places I've ever been to. I'd rather eat pizza from Chuck E. Cheese. I couldn't even finish the first slice and ended up throwing it away. They claim to serve NYC-style pizza, but that has to be a joke.

Without a doubt, this is one of the worst pizza places I've ever eaten at in my life. I would have been better off with a pizza from Chuck E. Cheese. I couldn't even finish the first slice and ended up tossing it. They claim to serve NYC-style pizza, but this has to be a joke.

Soo. . . I?m starting to wonder if this place is just a front. They?re regularly out of essentials like pizza and they frequently have order mistakes. Tonight we ordered Caesar salad with our pizza. It?s just a bunch of SPINACH leaves under way too much Parmesan. Like, WHAT???? They used to be so good too!

The burnt cheese on the pizza was particularly unappetizing, and there were even holes in it. Frustrated with my experience, I tried to call the restaurant for over 10 minutes but was unable to get through. For reference, Johnny's is located on Cascade Street near Fulton Industrial Blvd, and the store closes at 9:00 PM. View menu

I waited five minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the register, and it took a total of ten minutes just to place an order for two pieces of pizza and a tea. Once I finally received my order, it took an additional thirty minutes for everything to arrive at once. The pizza was incredibly dry, overcooked, and served cold—definitely the worst I've ever had. It even brings back memories of my ex... I won’t be returning to this place.

I highly recommend that customers inspect their food before leaving Johnny's to ensure they get a good pizza. I wouldn't have left the restaurant with burnt cheese if I had checked; the cheese had holes from being overcooked. Moreover, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times for over ten minutes to express my dissatisfaction, but I couldn't get through. Johnny's is located on Cascade Road near Fulton Industrial Blvd, and they close at 9 PM.

I'm extremely disappointed. Do you have any idea how much I paid for a pizza that I couldn't eat? I won't be returning. I was on my lunch break and didn't have the time to come back in person, so I called several times but got no response. Then, when someone finally answered, they hung up while I was trying to explain that I just wanted a new pizza. I understand that mistakes happen, but this restaurant consistently serves pizzas like this. I will not be coming back ever again! View menu

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I can't believe how much I paid for a pizza that was completely inedible. I won't be coming back. During my lunch break, I didn't have enough time to return in person, so I called several times but got no answer. When I finally reached someone, they hung up on me while I was trying to explain that I just wanted a replacement pizza. I understand that mistakes can occur, but this restaurant seems to consistently serve pizzas of that quality. I will not be returning!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! It was my first visit, and I brought my wife and kids along. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Johnny Deluxe, my wife had the buffalo sub, and our daughter enjoyed a slice of pepperoni pizza. The garlic bread was delicious as well. I highly recommend this place. Even though the wait was over 15 minutes, they cook everything to order, which makes it completely worth it. If you're looking for excellent food, this is the place to go!

"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."
