"Update: I was contacted by the company rep., Andy, who stated the owner would want to reach out and make things right. The owner never did reach out, and no compensation was given for such an inept service. I think perhaps, this was just an attempt to get me to change my rating or appear to care about the consumers experience. I placed an order for delivery a few hours in advance. The pizza was supposed to be delivered at 6:00. The order was delivered at 6:15 incorrectly. The girl working the counter sent the delivery driver to us with someone else's order. This store doesn't have it's own drivers, so it contracts out to DoorDash, even if you order directly from their website. I called the store first to find out what to do about my order since it was short an item, and an incorrect pie. The manager told me I needed to contact DD. Before hanging up, now that my order was thirty minutes later than what I ordered, I wanted to be sure, I would be sent a fresh order, and not the original order that would be sitting there for God knows how long. She initially argued with me, and tried to convince me my pizza wouldn't be old and cold. I insisted on fresh food. DD did straighten out our order, called the store to make sure they sent a new order, and put it out for delivery. The order finally arrived at 7:40, an hour and forty minutes late. We received garlic knots, which were cold, and obviously from the original order. Also included was the original pizza along with a second fresher pizza. I've had NY pizza, NJ boardwalk pizza, and this pizza isn't either. They don't put enough sauce on the pie, so don't make the same mistake we did, and order it well done, bc it will be like eating cardboard with toppings. Seriously, the pie didn't have any flavors. I would not recommend this store, as it clearly has some staffing issues, and I'm not the first to mention the lack of sauce or flavors. You really are better off ordering from Papa or Domino's, they're both better than this place. If you're in Buckhead, give the Pizza Pitt a try. They have a good pie."

I had high hopes when I first went to Johnny's, and as a true Jersey girl, I take my pizza seriously! Johnny's has quickly become my favorite pizza spot. The customer service, the atmosphere, and, of course, the PIZZA all meet my high standards as a New Jersey native! Johnny's feels like a little slice of Jersey right here in Smyrna!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and it felt like a complete waste of money. The crust was doughy and tasted undercooked, while the toppings appeared to be haphazardly thrown on without being properly integrated into the slice. The salad was just as disappointing, with a dressing that lacked flavor and was overly watery. After not ordering from them for years, I can confidently say I won't be coming back!

The garlic knots, priced at $5.99, were a pleasant surprise. I expected maybe 6-8 knots, but we received about 20-25 in our order! We enjoyed them with the pizza and still had leftovers to serve with spaghetti the next night. Overall, I’m really pleased with Johnny's and happy they deliver to our neighborhood. The service was excellent, the pizza was delicious, and the garlic knots were plentiful. Although Johnny's isn't my top choice in the area, it is definitely climbing up my list!

Johnny's has always been my go-to for a great salad, but I had to deduct a star this time because the gentleman who took my order was a bit rude and short with me. Though I understand he was likely frustrated by the heavy traffic and being short-staffed, he hurried through my order and still managed to get it wrong! Come on, people—having good listening skills is key to receiving a positive review. My order was simple, and there was really no reason for errors. Other than that, everything else was good. The food is decent if you stick to the pizza, but the kitchen cleanliness is shocking. There’s a thick layer of flour dust caked onto the oven hood, obscuring the colorful stickers that used to be visible. The area where takeout orders are handed off has greasy handprints all over the surface. The kitchen has a monitor for watching TV that is also covered in food-related fingerprints. Additionally, the speakers playing the music are covered with half an inch of dust and cobwebs. This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. If this is what I can see, I shudder to think about what I can’t see. This last visit was the last straw for me. Absolutely disgusting.

Barely just ok. Arrived at 7:40pm to grab some dinner and the patio (front) door and back door are both propped wide open when it's 35 degrees outside. It's freezing inside the restaurant. Service was ok at best. Store is pretty dirty. Floors and tables are dirty. Menus have a LOT of dried on whatever on them. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Very dusty blinds, etc. When I mentioned about it being cold the server said it was because it gets smoky in the restaurant. Later I ask if they can close the doors bc all the guests in the restaurant (8 of us) are visibly cold. It's instantly warmer and instantly smoky. It shouldn't be this way. After 10 years in the restaurant business myself, they need to... View menu

After placing our order, we sat there for what felt like ages with no food or drinks. The waitress returned to our table, brought another menu, and asked for our order again. By this point, we had been waiting quite some time without receiving anything. Frustrated, I requested that our order be packed to go. This seemed to upset her, and she claimed that she hadn't entered our order into the system yet, even though we had ordered the same items three times. We expressed our dissatisfaction and decided to just forget about the order because she was continuously arguing with us over the situation. It wasn't an enjoyable experience having to reorder three times while she hadn’t even sent it to...

It 's not easy to get less than three stars from me. And the only reason Johnnys did not get 1 stars was because 1. I remember how good their pizza used to be and 2. The staff was very nice. My family has a house right across the street so I remember coming here when they first opened and it being so clutch. Fast forward 10 years, i now live in Brooklyn, NY so I know what authentic NY style pizza is. One of the most signature characteristics of a NY slice, is when you fold it at the crust, it keeps in shape up, doesn 't fall, and only the tip slightly hangs (maybe a little oil from the pepperoni drips : . This pizza could be nothing further, and should remove NY Style from their name. I orde...

"What I know about Haitian food could fit the top of a pin, but if Zeke 's is a fair representation, I now know that it must be flavorful. The djon djon bowl was the crowning glory of our order, and it deserves all the hype it gets here on Yelp. I was curious about what 'djon djon ' was, and when we asked our server, she explained it was their version of a traditional black rice made with beans or mushrooms. Whatever was in it, it was the most delicious bed for the charred plantains, grilled shrimp, and toppings. It can also be ordered with jerk chicken, salmon, or avocado all of which I 'm looking forward to trying on return visits. The menu describes the accompanying aioli as 'epic, ' which is entirely correct. It reminded me of a slightly spicier version of the white sauce that comes with Halal food, and it brought the whole bowl together beautifully. My husband ordered a jerk chicken salad, which he praised as fresh and tasty . We were a little less enthusiastic about the salmon dip, which sounded delicious on the menu but turned out to be a little saltier than I would 've preferred. What rounded up our love for Zeke 's was the service. Our water glasses were constantly refilled, food was bussed out with efficiency, and our servers couldn 't be kinder or more welcoming. The interior is surprisingly nice (in fact, as we walked in, my husband wondered aloud if this was too fancy a place for our athleisure outfits), but I agree with one reviewer about the music being a tad loud. Luckily, here are a few outdoor tables available for those who might feel similarly."

"We made reservations a month ago to sit outside at this restaurant. The lady who greeted us was very nice and made a comment that she knew it was my wife’s birthday. That was where the good experience ended. The hostess brought us to an indoor table. When we asked if we could please sit outside while we waited at the indoor table she first went to the door to check and then opened it. Instead of coming back to us she stood by the door and gestured across the restaurant for us to follow her. Once seated there were multiple tables outdoors. The view was slightly better from the table adjacent to us so we moved. 10 minutes later after having not been met by a server, the hostess came back and moved us to a much smaller table saying that the one where we were sitting had a specific reservation and we needed to move. Fine. The tables are not marked and there is no indication that you can make a specific reservation for a specific table. We then waited another ten minutes for someone to bring us water, but after that we still were not met by a member of the waitstaff. As we waited, we noticed that two tables that were sat significantly after us had been acknowledged by their servers and their orders had been taken. Finally, after I made this clear to the people involved, a server met us. However even then the service did not improve. The Mac and cheese was cold, the spinach was about 15 leaves (for $15) and the steak was average. We then had to wait another 40 minutes after we initially asked for the check to get out of there. Oh, and no further recognition of the birthday. No matter, we enjoyed a nice Publix birthday cake at home."
