"We ordered takeout from this restaurant and got a Stromboli, a salad, and a ravioli dish for our child. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that the salad was missing its dressing, and instead of ravioli, we received fried ravioli, which my son cannot eat. I tried to call the restaurant to address the issue, but the young woman who answered was quite rude and seemed indifferent to my concerns. While I was explaining the situation, she unexpectedly put me on hold. When she finally came back, all she offered was a lackluster "sorry about that." Moreover, the food was only lukewarm. Normally, I might overlook the temperature since we picked it up, but given the poor customer service, we won't be returning."

If you're looking for a pizza that isn't what you ordered and features unexpected ingredients like fried bugs, this pizzeria is the place for you. The taste is awful, it’s excessively oily and dripping, and half of the ingredients are missing! By the way, it was supposed to be pesto chicken.

When I arrived, I told the hostess that I was happy to wait ten minutes, but she refused to seat me or even let me order a drink while I waited. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave. This experience is especially disappointing as more than half of the tables were empty, and I was really looking forward to dining here. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

When I arrived, I was informed that the kitchen was busy, and I was perfectly willing to wait for ten minutes.
